I have a large yard with lots of grass and am very meticulous how my yard and grass look. To me cutting a lawn should not be that hard, but it is for some people. I have went through a 1/2 dozen lawn services over the years until I found Edwin by accident. I told him exactly how I wanted my grass cut, how hight, and how I wanted the edges trimmed and to my surprise he and his assistant did a great job! That was 5 years ago! During this time he has helped me with a number of small yard projects such as moving rock, dirt, digging a hole for a pond I put in as well as sprinkles and irrigation repairs. Every Fall and and his assistant show up to get rid of all the leaves because we have several large trees in the backyard. I like the fact that he has a small business, so when I need something I can either call him or text him and he is able to get back to me right away.

My first appointment (March 23rd) was missed, and I was told it was due to confusion and that my appointment had been canceled by mistake. I accepted the apology and rescheduled for March 31st. Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend confirming everything multiple times or looking elsewhere.
