I explained I had a leaking irrigation supply valve and wanted to get it fixed fast due to hot weather. Johnathan came by for estimate on Tuesday. He noticed the PVB was very old and valves rusted so that needed to be replaced also, but it could wait. I said I only want to cry once! So added that. I had an estimate later that evening and it was quite reasonable. I had mentioned I wanted an estimate for another little job and he said he would throw that in as a courtesy! Awesome! I accepted the quote and they came out that very Friday, dug a huge hole, replaced all the plumbing with commercial quality parts including the PVB, filled in and leveled, and had it all up and ready to go by 4PM! Glue needed to dry overnight, so next day fired it up and all good! Very pleased with the work and the quick response. They take Zelle and checks so none of this cash only thing so many contractors want to do. They handle lots of different services so I'm sure I'll be using them again soon!

My first appointment (March 23rd) was missed, and I was told it was due to confusion and that my appointment had been canceled by mistake. I accepted the apology and rescheduled for March 31st. Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable. Andrea visited, apologized, offered to go with me to purchase plants for them to finish the backyard and that they'd do maintenance on my front yard. The pergola they installed broke and fell the first heavy wind and they tried to bill be separately for that install when it was part of the original quote. We have the receipts that we purchased all supplies and Nathan even said to Cesar "this is more than enough" it was only once they couldn't finish the job because they bit off more than they could chew did they blame US. Christian said on the phone " You were short one bag of concrete but you guys did go immediately buy another" then hours later changed her story and said "you were 12 bags short".
