On that initial visit, Cory's sent 4-5 people and they did a good job. They pulled the overgrown weeds, raked up, got the yard tidy & cleaned up. Fast forward to this spring, Cory's sent 2 people, they didn't pull ANYTHING, just sprayed weed killer - even on the emerging daffodil & tiger lillies which are now dead. So they're left with a yard of dried, dying weeds and debris for the same rate as their prior visit. So, they put their best foot forward initially then barely phoned it in for the follow up. Of course, my tenants aren't willing to continue with them but are still left with a messy yard they paid to have weeded and cleaned.

Excellent communication, fast service and quality work by the owner himself and his team!…read more Contacted via msg on a Monday. Owner Johnathan got back to me with in a couple hours. I explained I had a leaking irrigation supply valve and wanted to get it fixed fast due to hot weather. Johnathan came by for estimate on Tuesday. He noticed the PVB was very old and valves rusted so that needed to be replaced also, but it could wait. I said I only want to cry once! So added that. I had an estimate later that evening and it was quite reasonable. I had mentioned I wanted an estimate for another little job and he said he would throw that in as a courtesy! Awesome! I accepted the quote and they came out that very Friday, dug a huge hole, replaced all the plumbing with commercial quality parts including the PVB, filled in and leveled, and had it all up and ready to go by 4PM! Glue needed to dry overnight, so next day fired it up and all good! Very pleased with the work and the quick response. They take Zelle and checks so none of this cash only thing so many contractors want to do. They handle lots of different services so I'm sure I'll be using them again soon!

We got an estimate from them, and they were, by far, the most reasonably priced. We talked with Chaz, who understood my concern for the well-being and longevity of my "Mom's tree"...a gift to me from my sons. Chaz, Swayze and the red-haired arborist (I am so sorry, I forgot his name) didn't scoff at me or try to milk my bank account because of my sentimentality. These folks did an AMAZING job of carefully trimming down our apple tree, bringing it "up", cleaning up the suckers, AND, also trimming up some of our silver maple tree, including taking off a broken branch. These folks also cleaned up my entire yard: branches, sticks, twigs, and fallen apples. A FABULOUS crew, sooooo professional and trustworthy!
