My neighbors hired them to cut a tree on their property the tree was hanging over the fence on our side. I came home from a walk with my children and dog and there was a man in my backyard. When asked if I could help him he said he knocked and no one answered but he just helped himself to trespassing anyway. He stated that we had a ring doorbell and he only knocked because the ring doorbell should have gone off. I told him that shouldn't matter and that we do not answer the door to strangers! The two gentlemen were rude, and I don't understand why they felt entitled to jump the fence and trespass on my property. If they were knowledgeable arborists they would have used a rope and cut it from the other side or gotten permission when someone was home. read more

Oh Hell No!!!! These butchers have been in our trailer park for a week. They do not trim trees. They do not prune trees. Oh no...they take their chainsaws and DESTROY everything in their vicinity. Healthy, Live Trees, Bushes, Foliage Do NOT Stand A Chance Against A Nut With A Chainsaw. We have been vigilant keeping our car in our driveway all week so they can't destroy our Catalpa and our Apricot Tree. A tree my husband planted to Honor the passing of both our Moms. So I had a nightmare. And in a purely figuratively manner Tree Amigos held me and made everything better. A few weeks ago a 50 year old 100 foot tall tree in my backyard fell through (yes THROUGH) my home while we were at dinner. That was just bad news. The nightmare began when the insurance company was not only non responsive, but when they did contact us, they said we were responsible to remove the tree from our home ourselves. Somehow by the grace of God. My girl knew of Tree Amigos. (Now I should add. I've NEVER trimmed a tree in my life or even had one done.) We placed a call to them and spoke to the owner who said "we can be there in 45 minutes, is that acceptable?" Acceptable?!?! It's AMAZING!!! Sure enough a troop of helmeted, orange clad warriors came through my back gate, accessed the situation and within ONE HOUR this bohemian shade tree was be carved up like a turkey on Thanksgiving Day. (Minus the parade and football of course) They rescued the house from the overbearing weight of the tree and then met with us to say, "we can be back tomorrow if needed, we are willing to cancel our weekend plans to get the rest of the tree down if need be." Um hell no!!! Enjoy your weekend. They ensured us that the rest would stay put until Monday and that we would see them bright and early Monday morning to make us whole again. On Monday this team returned and went straight to it. (Exactly as planned) I wish I knew a better word than amazing to describe not just the team but their entire work ethic. They showed up early, worked late and left my yard better than it was before they came. (My dogs thank them for that) We loved them so much, we just had them trim the trees in our front yard, so as to avoid another disaster Oh and did I mention, their attention to detail and knowledge actually saved me an insurance claim? They explained to us, then the adjuster in written form, how exactly NV Energy trimmed the tree out of the powerlines so poorly that they killed it, thus causing it to fall and damage our home. WOW, so happy I called "Tree Amigos Tree Service"! Now I have my back yard, patio and space for the new shed! They did it all safely, professionally, fast and they cleaned up nice afterwards! I could not ask for more. We had 7 medium size trees "elm and Poplar" cut, 3 big Elm stumps ground down and a 4' x 20' Old Juniper hedge removed too... all at very reasonable price and done right with nice equipment. He came to our home, assessed and estimated the time and cost to do the work we needed... on the appointment day and time, he called prior, and arrived on time. They ground down three large tree stumps, cut down four intrusive poplar and one Elm trees, and some dead trees- removed all the resultant debris, and did it in a very timely fashion.
