Anyhow, the nice lady behind the counter takes note of all the coffee stains on my jacket when I bring it in and MAGICALLY they're all gone when I pick it up! Dry cleaning my coat is less than $5 and I have the choice of starch or no starch. Pretty nice! I've tried both and I prefer the starch. Since the lady always does a quality job on my coat, I entrusted her to a dress from Neimann Marcus that I bought for a wedding. I was a little nervous about bringing in the dress, but I figured since I got the dress on sale for $300, I could take the risk. As it turns out, the dress came back perfectly and it had an intricate lace looking inset and all that fancy crap - but it was dry cleaned with no problems at all. So, being that the coat and the dress only cost about $11, I'd say she's got a VERY competitive rate. The door to the place is kinda weird - I still can't figure out how to open it, but she comes to let me in as soon as I walk up. It's got a weird locking mechanism, maybe for her safety since the area is a bit industrial looking.... Anyhow, put your initial responses aside about the look and the feel of this place. I guarantee you'll be happy with your items. I'm done spending a ton of money on those other dry cleaning places near rice village. Yikes. Don'tcha hate when you spend more money on dry cleaning over the years than you did on the dress itself? If that's you, then go to Fine Cleaners. But just so you know - CASH ONLY - but that's ok cuz her prices are low.

IT HAS PLENTY of dryers and PLENTY of various size washers (medium/large/extra large and extra extra Large) gauranteed to keep everyone happy. I also found that the washers are EXCELLENT ... they clean & rinse my clothes noticbly better than any other Washateria Ive ever tried. Oh ... and ALL the dryers get HOT and last the COMPLETE 8 minutes per quarer! The regular attendant is very professional and helpful , she always keeps the place spotless and running smoothly. I would highly suggest this CONVENIENT well maintained neighborhood Washateria to anyone! Restrooms are always up to par. I've never seen lingering lint, nor trash sitting around. This surprised me as it is a laundromat that quickly accumulates lent/dust. Second, the customer service is very well respectful and rounded. I was honestly a little lost the very first time coming in as I brought a bag of quarters. The facility is conveniently ran off of a card system, meaning, you add your needed amount directly onto a Laundry card from your debit/credit card. This made me feel safe and more aware of what was being spent. My very first visit someone walked me through every step to ensure I fully understood what I was doing. This was a nice start off. I had a small issue previously, called the facility at 06:00AM (when I noticed the issue), and the owner respectfully answered. I was calling to leave a message due to the early call, but to my surprise, the owner answered and handled my minor issue immediately. Nice and friendly service. I always feel welcomed and safe. I will continuously visit this location as it is a great Houston location for us all. Shout out to the friendly staff We appreciate everything you all do!

We appreciated this laundry being here, but it's expensive and also ate a bunch of our money. And I mean ate. And I mean A BUNCH. LIke, they owe us ten dollars. Jerks. That was a real downside because we don't have that much money to set aside for laundry - especially not with what's going on with the virus. There's no attendant at night and they make you buy a card to access the stuff, and then all kinds of messed up stuff happened with the machine and caused us to have to spend literally about $21 instead of $11. If you take too long with your transaction then the machine will literally eat your money and keep it. And there is no way of getting it back unless there's an attendant here. We found that pretty obnoxious.
