In asking about their new summer hours for the following week the owner "Jessica" or Yevgeniya Peskova spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner when asking about the hours. I was shocked to find out that she is the owner (and the only ultra sound technician) and how she spoke to me about such a special time my entire family was very excited for. When I made the initial phone call for the appointment they had mentioned the new summer hours so I was familiar with this but I was told the appointments went until 3pm. When I had mentioned that to Jessica she laughed and said "No absolutely not they didnt explain correctly, we need to be at the pool at 3pm and ghat wouldn't be enough time for us to get in the car drive to the pool, no no absolutely not". After she said that I said ok, that's fine but that's what I was told. She then proceeded to say "Well we can't make our hours around your appointment" I then said "Is there a supervisor I could speak to (because of how rude she was speaking to me)" she then said "I am the owner and we do not want your business, go and get a refund on Groupon and hung up on me". My jaw nearly dropped to the floor. Between the combination of how I was spoken to and being disappointed in not being able to make the appointment I was in tears. I couldnt believe that someone who is the owner of a CHILDRENS occupational therapy center could be so incredibly cold and rude. If this is the face of any sort of company I would highly NOT their services, especially these type of services for children. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

On Tuesday, they called to say he actually tested positive for strep and needed to stay home Wednesday. By Thursday, he was still feverish and coughing, so I called to request a school excuse note. The receptionist refused, saying he was only eligible for one day. When I asked to speak with Dr. Ruby, I was told she wasn't there and they "couldn't tell me" when she would be available. I was placed on hold and had to repeat the entire story to another staff member, only to feel questioned over a simple school note request. It took 15 minutes for something that should have been a quick phone call. As someone who works in a medical office, I cannot imagine treating patients this way. If you want to avoid unnecessary aggravation, I would reconsider going here.
