I've come to this store multiple times and it was always pretty good and close by. This time, however, i have never felt more unwelcome. One employee asked us if we needed help the second we walked in, but there was basically no interaction afterward. When one of my friends went up to the register to pay, they just stared at her silently until she awkwardly vocalized she was ready to check out. My friends and I noticed that two particular employees were watching us very closely (the one with the short blonde bob undercut and the dark-haired one with the blue and pink ombré nails). At one point, one of the employees disappeared into the back and security arrived shortly after and proceeded to watch us. When I checked out, the one with the ombré nails was outwardly cold. I thanked her and she ignored me. The security guard kept watching us as though we were going to steal, even after we went outside, despite the fact that most of our group had literally just paid for our things--and all of us have memberships and have come in many times. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I'm very reluctant to go back for future purchases. Unfortunately I had a bad experience.. I purchased a high quality item from sensually yours and was really happy with the service they provided upon purchase. Staff was knowledge able and professional. The staff informed me to hold on to my receipt because of warranty and satisfaction purposes. So I did. Just so happen the item I had purchased was none functioning within a week. I happen to be in the area later that week and I had asked them what I should do. So the staff informed me bring it back and they would handle the warranty issue in store and swap out my item in store. I was stoked! No issue. But when returning 2 days later and after almost 25-30 minutes of trouble shooting my device they say I am 1 day out of the 14 day return policy... SERIOUSLY I wasted 30 minutes of my time just to be directed to the manufacturer after I had already been told I could do an even swap of my item. I explained what the staff had told me and they didn't honor anything of what their employee had stated to me. I am extremely unhappy with the service they provided when it came to customer satisfaction and not delivering what they had committed to..
