That experience set the tone for what became a lifelong relationship built on trust. I went to Illinois State, where State Farm wasn't just a big company, it was THE company. It represented everything that felt solid and dependable. Friends and classmates went to work there. It felt like being a State Farm customer meant something. And for decades, it did. As I built my life, State Farm was there at every stage, renters insurance for my first apartment, coverage for my first home and my second home, multiple cars, our family trailer, and eventually my kids' vehicles too. I didn't shop around. I didn't compare rates. I stayed, because I trusted you. But that trust has been broken. After a recent move to a new city and enduring a car accident and a couple of rock/windshield claims, my local agent is canceling my policies, leaving my family's coverage in limbo. It felt like I went from being a valued customer to just another name on a spreadsheet. If you're a commercial customer you don't want to deal with Kyle or this company. He will gladly…read moretake your money and sign you up, but if you have any problems, questions or concerns he refuses to respond or help you. Half the time it takes days for a response. Most brokers will pick up the phone and help. Kyle can barely get an email response out. We deleted a vehicle from our policy and added a new one and our auto policy doubled. We now pay more for 1 vehicle than we were paying for the 5 previous vehicles. His only response was "will you added a new van" I have asked repeatedly why added a van and removing a van doubles my policy price and all I get is the same response. I'm not adding a Rolls Royce. $900 a month for 5 vehicle before now $1904.83 monthly with the change. Help me make this make sense. NOPE he's no interested. Thanks for your business, but I got bigger fish to fry. Bad business. Just horrible.
