They love to prey on people that are struggling emotionally and get as much money from them as possible. Once there they are rude and try to gaslight you in to thinking it's all your fault. I am still waiting for Tamara to respond about what did not occur. I paid Tamara Anderson for legal documents prep, for filing and processing my documents. My documents were never filed with the court. Her runner never filed the documents. Tamara never followed up with her employee nor has she made an effort to resolve this with me. So I had to pay again to file my response with the court ($435) and had to wait in the court house 5 hours to file the paperwork myself. Tamara response so far is we do not have to keep copies of what we do per CA law. I said why would you not want to. Especially since it would be a good business practice and protect your customers from fraud by her and her employees. She has still not responded nor made an attempt to correct this obvious fraud by her and her company. Find someone else!!!! It took them months to prepare my documents and they ignored my texts and phone calls. They didn't serve the other party and lied about it, so everything was delayed several months past the court date. It took 5 months to get a court date from when I started doing business with them. I also paid them for an attorney to show up on the trial date. The attorney was not used for many reasons including their lack of communication. They refuse to return my money for the attorney. First they said could be up to 30 days for a refund and it has been over 60 days since the request and they refuse to answer my phone calls and texts. This company don't care about our family court cases at all they can careless. For about 7 months I've been given the run around. But they sure did accept the full service payment $300. I've asked for refund but I just get a bs excuse. i even confronted the people there telling them they did my paper work wrong . they filled out my papers as if they were helping my ex wife . The docs stated that I was trying to put child support on myself. since I keep asking for my refund and after the last docs they did wrong saying I'm trying to put myself on child support for some WEIRD reason it looks lik now I hav a open child suppport case just days after I had talked to Sentrex asking for my refund. if I don't receive my refund my next step is, On my next post I'll post the screenshots of the conversation I had with Sentrex. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. I paid them to prepared a document that ended up being incomplete and not accepted by the court. It's a long story that I won't bore you with but I did ask questions before I attempted to file it and was assured they knew what they were doing. They didn't and I had to have it redone and make another trip to the courthouse. I emailed them expressing my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund but no one bothered to respond. Extremely unhappy with this service. Tamara was very helpful at our initial meeting but once gone and she got my money she's bern blowing me off giving me the run around. Lying extensively about my documents saying she emailed them or she's fax them then when I told her to fax them I got nothing. She swore she emailed them but I never received any emails. This is my first ever yelp review. The customer service was SO BAD! I had to warn you not to waste your money. I entered a contract with Ms. Bonnie Anderson on March 18, 2020 for the services of: dissolution (filling out the court forms such as: petition, summons, property declaration...ect.), service of process, marriage settlement agreement, judgement, and the court filing fees for a total cost of $1135. She stated that her credit card machine was "not working" and asked me to bring in cash and I paid her with a cash app on March 18th for these services. However, I am demanding a full refund of $1135 for four reasons: 1. I had to ask numerous times through phone calls and text messages for her to provide me with my documents so I could review them, and we could file them with the court. After 16 days, I demanded my money back and she FINALLY sent my documents. 2. However, she provided me inferior service. In her contract she states that she is responsible for typing accurately typed documents. I caught several mistakes in these forms. After she sent the revised documents, I found more even mistakes. This caused me to question the professionalism of these documents. 3. She was not able to carry out all of the services in the contract because the courts are closed. 4. At first, I sent Bonnie a text message only requesting a refund for the court filing fees of $435 and she responded that my money was put in another bank account and she needed to contact the accountant. I explained that the money is easily transferred electronically just like I was able to transfer with my cash app. When I tried to contact her again, she blocked my phone number and have Ignored my phone calls and text messages. She has given me horrible customer service from day one and so at this point I just want a full refund. I do not want to work with her anymore. This company has BBB rating of F. Wow! I should of read the reviews first. I was approached by Tamra in front of the courthouse. She had a warm spirit about herself. She asked me how court went. I told her I felt helpless against the judge and I could not afford an attorney. She told me she was a paralegal and knew my judge well and that she can do exactly what an attorney can do except go to the courtroom and represent me. Plus at a fraction of the cost. So she escorted me to her office across the street. When we got to her office parking lot, she started yelling at a Hispanic guy who had an office next to her because he parked in her parking space. We then enter her office and my first impression was that the office smelled like dirty diapers and the girls working there can't even greet me. Very rude. So Tamra puts me in her office then leaves me there by myself for about 15minutes. Then another lady comes in the office and starts to take over. I felt like I was no longer important enough for Tamra. So I asked the lady where she went and she said that she left for lunch. At this point I was done. So I let the girl know (I believe her name was Liz) that I was ready to leave. She immediately called Tamra and handed me the phone, I told Tamra how unprofessional it was to abandon me. She started to curse at me then told me to leave and told me that she hopes I lose in court. I had enough so I handed the phone to the girl and ran out of there. Tamra Anderson's writing skills are atrocious, and useless, and the documents she worked on read like they are written by a teenager. She's a pretend-attorney, but frankly lacks the skills, professionalism, follow through, credentials and professionalism to get the job done. I hired Sentrex Paralgeal and was very thankful because I couldn't figure out the forms and self help was not too helpful. The judge was frustrated until Tamra helped and the fees are reasonable since I couldn't afford the big law firm retainers fees. I hired Tamra and her company Sentrex to complete my divorce papers for me. This is a long story as there are many issues dealing with her but I'll keep it short. She didn't do any work unless I prompted her to. When she did do her job she faxed every single document to the court. Never appeared once. Someone in her organization falsified document requesting a court fee waiver $450. I paid the $450 directly to Tamra, I was told it was just easier to just pay her the 450 and she'd write a company check to pay the courts. I did a little research and found out the waiver request was approved by the courts and someone in Tamras company pocketed the $450. When I called her out on it she blamed 3 different people. Tamra said 1 employee was fired because of it but in a different text Tamra said the employee quit and disappeared. Each name she gave me was different. I went to Hemet court house yesterday (June 25) an told them about the waiver and I suspect she's done it before. I did get my 450 back from Tamra and I requested a full refund from her and she refuses even though the divorce paper were filed incomplete and I had to hire a different company. I've kept every correspondence with her and plan on taking her to court. I've filed a complaint with riverside county and they will audit her fee waiver requests to see if this was isolated or if its a practice she is illegal doing. Good luck if you do decide to hire her but you will save a lot of heartache and time if you stayed away. read more

Was in need of legal advice for a custody case. Contacted an attorney, was told I would get a call back. I was contacted by this paralegal service who works with the attorney. Yes the paralegals are friendly and knowledgeable. However, the whole process and handling was EXTREMELY disappointing. First they charge $300 to prepare the documents that you will file in court, you represent yourself at first. For someone who had never been through the process, you feel it necessary to have this started. Come to find out the documents can easily be filled out by yourself, or help from legal aid, the cost? $0.00!! You do need to fill out an intake form which explains to them the situation and details of the case. The intake form had not been filled out or returned yet, when questioned about a possible refund, since the intake form had not been returned yet.. Their response, the $300.00 is NON REFUNDABLE! the paperwork had already been started, and general information filled in. Remember, the intake forms have the details (this had not been submitted yet). First draft of documents received, numerous errors, including someone else's name in the signature line. Second correction? Still errors, was then told paperwork had already been sent out, to cross out errors and initial. So paid $300 for documents with errors. Will be happy to post all documents,correspondence, and intake form submitted. For anyone starting a child custody case, CALL DIFFERENT ATTORNEYS and do your homework. It can be VERY stressful. It is hard to know where to begin. Especially knowing this is your child's well being at stake. Find the attorneys who take the time to meet with you and explain the process. Biggest lesson learned! Especially for a single parent with limited funds. Will NEVER recommend this route to ANYONE, nor recommend this company. Received 2 FREE-1HR consultations from 2 attorneys, both explained thorough routes (wanted to get different opinions, options).
