This office does not know what they're doing. I clearly stated in my initial Yelp consultation message that I was looking for help with a post nuptial agreement regarding division of marital property. Someone from their office called me to schedule a meeting and after giving them all my info, the girl proceeds to ask me what a post nuptial agreement is... first red flag when your staff doesn't know basic terminology. And then she then says her office doesn't handle that. But then why list this as a service on your yelp page and why contact me still after I already stated what I was looking for in my message?? Complete waste of time. I suggest training your staff to read things carefully (which should be the first thing I hope you teach at a LAW firm). I wouldn't trust them to handle any case of mine. read more

We hired this law firm to handle a child custody case. They took us from having all the legal rights of a mother and handed them to the father. We can't put the child in preschool because he won't approve. We can't take them to our family in Utah or Arizona because he won't approve. They wrote up all the paperwork and managed our requests. My complaint is that they offered no advice. Isn't that what you hire a lawyer to do? They offered advice such as "whatever you think is right or fair". Not a very aggressive law firm. They are suppose to give you reports on a monthly bases on how your retainer is being spent. We asked multiple times and only received it after numerous requests and about 3 months later. Of coarse they had spent 90% of the retainer already. We needed to have the stipulation served. They hire someone who could not complete the task in 3 attempts of which we paid for. We hired one personally that completed it the first night. I can't recommend them. To many other law firms out there. read more

If it was not for Christine , doing her research and homework on the case before hand to argue key points at the last court date. This is along time coming but I wanted to wait till the case was finalized, but I'm 2 & 1/2 years in and I had to hire another attorney to finish the job for her. To me it was a very impersonal experience, I never got to meet her in person, she always had her paralegal return the calls for her relaying the reply from Ms James, they have an app called MyCase which they will communicate with you through instead of calling you back , you think after forking over $10,000 that you can get better service than that!!! Yet here I am still married and had to hire another attorney. At the 2 year mark all I had to show for it all was alot debt!! I was way over charged as how could it cost $10,000+ for only one court appearance, and that was only a settlement hearing ??? And god forbid you have a defamation of character accusation from the other party or they placing stay away order , if you don't read the app you won't know about it!!!! Steer clear and save yourself some money , use my husbands attorney instead shes hands on instead and doesn't have a useless MyCase app , she will actually talk to you herself in person , instead of passing on the message through her receptionist or paralegal. . read more

I cannot say enough nice things about Christine and the entire staff at All American Law. I found myself in need of a family attorney for a custody/visitation matter, never having needed legal counsel before. Christine was kind and reassuring during my initial phone consultation. She spent nearly an hour on the phone with me. I had spoken with three other attorneys before her and I knew she was the right fit for my family. Her paralegal professionals were absolutely amazing over the course of the four months it took from starting the paperwork and having it filed and leading up to my mediation and court date. When I called, if no one was available to speak to me right then, I always got a call back the same day and they took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me very sound advice.
