Most people would not chose to live in Anderson....it's basically a small highway exit town, but I work here and I like the small town feel compared to Redding to the North. My interactions with the office manager let me know she is not one to be crossed, but at the same time she is compassionate about these townhouses and wants to keep the neighborhood nice and safe. She lives here too. They have professionally cleaned the carpets, which are in good repair, and purchased us a new refrigerator, so I'm impressed so far. I like the internal washer/dryer hookups and we plan to purchase a washer/dryer soon. The stove is gas, which is great. Central air and heat. The place is a decent size for a small family that works 5 days a week and just needs a comfortable place to cook and rest. I will write another review once we have spent more time here. So far, I'm happy with out decision to live at Gateway.

He taught me a lot and a lot of the people here have never had their own place so he makes an effort to teach how to fix things if you just ask, instead of just fixing it and running out. We are soooo fortunate that this nice of townhouses are available at a SUBSIDIZED OR FREE RENT ( my husband and I work full time and dont get hud or anything unless i work for it), I know my family is truly blessed to be in such a big and spacious townhouse for only $600.00 per month! There is an awesome jungle gym for the kids, basketball court, and a courtyard thats always maintained. I have talked to many previous and current tenants and they ALL loved the place. We did install a camera and security system through ADT. But it is Redding so I would have installed one anywhere I lived Disregard any negative reviews as some people obviously have way too much idle time and instead of working or being a productive member of society they sit around looking for negative behaviors (that arent even there), misery loves company. AND I have multiple nieces and nephews who are African-American, we have family dinners here and have had linda stop by just to play with the kids, and never EVER EVER discriminated against my family. So yet again just another example of how lying is cruel and wrong. I am not a friend or family member of the manager just wanted to paint a true unbiased picture.
