My husband and I were looking at a townhouse to rent from Country Properties. We walked inside and…read morethe ceiling had a ton of mold on it and it was just painted over. Huge health hazard. We then looked at an apartment with them and ended up moving in. I notices that when I would plug things into the electric plugs, they would spark. I called the electrician and he said that all the wiring in the apartment and the insulation was melted and that it was a huge fire hazard!!! We had been living there for months with a new baby not knowing this. As soon as country properties found out, they gave us 3 days to find a whole new place to live. 3 days!!! And didn't even offer anything through their property management company (not that we would take it anyway). Also, the place had rats. I had the exterminator come out all the time to kill them. The places these people rent are dirty, disgusting, and so unsafe. Do not rent from them

There is not one thing positive that I can think of when I think of Vince He is also very abrasive and he is not trustworthy. Many other vendors refuse to work with him as he is not trustworthy, he is not ethical and he also has gotten in trouble with the law. There are rumors that he has embezzled money as well. Not someone you would want to represent you

I'm told when I called that he is a very good manager and I'm told to send an email to the company directly still no response . Westborougjh Hills Association are we the one dealing with this bad service? No value or care about managing properties. This is a no star I had to put 1 in order for me to post.
