Best Asian market in Lexington! Carries a wide variety of different Asian flavors, fresh produce that is hard to find at larger markets, friendly staff, and well-organized and clean. Bonus: they play happy soothing jazz for a great shopping experience.

Very clean market. Small but has everything you need in there. They not just have Korean items they also have Filipino and Chinese items too. Kimbop and the filipino pastry was freshly made. Very tasty!!! The owner was very nice. Service was great!!

This is a Korean market. It does have somewhat of a general Asian selection, but leans heavily towards Korean ingredients. If you like seaweed, mushrooms, and sesame oil, this is probably a good thing. I did, however, find a lot of things that could be vegetarian but aren't (like mushroom soup for example), and a lot of very high-salt, high-carb indulgences, which is also typical of Korean food. They do have some fresh vegetables and baked goods as well as a lot of frozen stuff and noodles. It was a cleaner, better shopping experience than some of the other Asian markets in town.

an easily-overlooked lexington treasure of an Asian grocery. Wan tells wonderful stories of his life if you can get him going.

Small and cozy place. The owner and employee are friendly. Good place to get some oriental food there.

Some of the reviews I read complaining about the smell of the store have clearly never been to China Town in NYC or the Fulton Street Fish Market close to the South Street Seaport. And as a native New Yorker I LOVE China Town& The Fulton Street Fish Market. I was looking for something very specific. I wanted pork buns and pork dumplings. They do have an extensive selection of frozen food you aren't going to find at grocery stores. I found what I was looking for all the way in the back of the store they had multiple freezer cases. They actually have home made dumplings and pork buns flown in from China Town in NYC. I was so happy when the woman at the register told me. Each bag was 14.99 and you get a ton for the price. I can't wait to eat some! They do have a variety of condiments, cookies, candy, fresh vegetables and fruits. They also have fresh seafood. I looked at the tanks and the crabs were big and not crowded at all. They are reasonably priced and you'll find things you can't find elsewhere. As for the customer service we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Upon checking out the woman at the register and I had a conversation about New York because she's going next week and I'll be going home to New York at the end of October for vacation.

I came here looking for ice creams and they did indeed have the ones I was looking for! Service was…read morefine they rang me up fast. My only qualm is that they are very much a seafood heavy store so the entire place smells like an ocean. It's fishy. I did also find frozen roe balls though which are my favorite.
