The front facade is a bit nondescript and I did not know what to expect inside. But, it turned out to be a cute little store, with everything arranged neatly. All the items they carry are very authentic. Almost everything had Spanish labels. There are piñatas in the ceiling. There is a glass cabinet which carries clay utensils, tortilla presses, Molcajetes (the stone mortar and pestle) and even The Bible in Spanish. There were large steamers too. They carry items not just from Mexico but also items like cheeses from Honduras and Guatemala. There are also a variety of snacks, sweets, candy, canned goods and cleaning items. They bake and sell breads and also tamales etc. There was not much producer except tomatoes and peppers but they had roasted peanuts, of which we bought a bag full as the husband is a huge fan. I've heard great things about their tequila ice cream. Will be back to try it. I think they also sell calling cards for Mexico and the like.
