They have a tank with fresh fish near the back wall. A good majority of the produce was old and some even moldy. They do have a large variety of products, but I could not stand the odor for long and obtained the few items I needed and went to check out. The cashier called me up and said "Here, and pointed to the items in my hand, almost grabbing them from me". Not a pleasant experience, it caught me off guard. So, with the stench and the lack of good customer service, I will not be returning to this establishment.

For $4.10, the salads hold a personal record for me, the largest salad for the cheapest price that I've ever paid. The chef salad: lettuce, tomato, onion, shredded cheese, ham and turkey. The meat was cold cuts, but they were deli meats. The kind of deli meat that they sell there by the pound. The next time, I asked for chicken salad instead of the deli meat, but I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken salad. I also bought a pound of pimento cheese. It was fantastic! The only thing that I didn't like is that they don't use gloves when they prepare the food and I watched as one went straight from working the register to the preparing food.

I did not browse the store, I went straight to the produce section, and of the four available packages of Thai Basil, I found only one that was semi-acceptable. It did have several leaves which would have to be discarded, but I needed this item and this was the second store I visited for this item, so I decided to purchase it as is. The cost of one small package of Thai Basil was $4.00, which is very high for the quantity, especially compared to other Asian Markets. Overall, with the lack of good customer service, the high produce price, and the poor quality of the produce, I will not be returning to this store.

I think it was well worth it since I probably will never see the flavors of Coke or Pepsi that they have in other countries, unless they decide to release them in the U.S. Few issues I found (which I find in a lot of stores) are half drunk beverage cups with straws just left on shelves, items that are in the wrong aisle, and price labels not under the right product. I tried my best to do what I could with putting certain items where I saw the same of that item, but this is inexcusable. When associates restock shelves, do they ever quality assurance the store? I think it would be a good idea. But since this store had what I was looking for and new things, I will not review too harshly.
