If i could give 0 stars i would . We spoke to the daughter of the company and scheduled an estimate to be done . We specifically asked her to have the technician call us to let us know how much it would be to do job which did not happen. The technician arrived, and did the job without letting us know anything and then called us with a horrible attitude and demanded money. We asked him to send over before pictures and his quote . He said he did not have time for that and he was just going to dump everything out ! We then called to speak to the owner and he basically told us the same thing that they didnt have time to send us before/after photos and proceeded to demand money.. horrible business to use. Very unprofessional. We even tried to explain to them we would pay them we just needed some befor/after photos to show job was done and they said they were not going to do that that they didnt have time . I have owned several business in the past and all required good customer service so when i have the chance to deal with one that does a great job i feel i should say so. Many reviews are written just to make the company appear bad because the reviewer doesn't like something about the company that may have no impact on the kind of work they do. it seems funny that there are only 2 types of reviews for this company very good and very bad. can't say whether this company does a satisfactory job or not once they get to your home; that's because their service was so terrible they never made it to my home. They PROMISED to be at my residence on a Monday morning. They never showed up, never a courtesy call... nothing. When I talked with them Tuesday, they had quite a number of excuses and promised to be at my residence "First Thing Wednesday Morning". I called after 10:00 am on Wednesday morning as they were still a no show. The rude woman (who claimed to be the owner) started with the excuses again saying they could now arrive by 11:30 Am. She was rude, dismissive and never took responsibility for their performance. She talked over me, got loud, and was disrespectful. I told her I would no longer be requiring their services. Lazy and unprofessional. They refused to dig down to the opening for Tank 1 because it was too hard. They told my wife to hire laborers to do it and they would have to come back another day to finish the job. I had to leave the office, rush home and do it myself. Took me 20 minutes. They also didn't backfill the hole when done. read more

This company is a mess! They sent their kid out to pump my septic system and he broke the main line with a shovel crawled under my house to find a piece of pipe to patch it, cut down a tree so their truck wouldn't get scratched, and poked dozens of holes into my dirt looking for the tank. Now, my yard smells terrible because the main line is leaking. When I called to tell them the story, the owner kept interrupting me not allowing me to tell him what happened and was being incredibly rude accusing me of being weird about it all. I called the TCEQ and will report them because they refuse to check the entire pipe for damage. They said they will only fix what they can see. They will do no digging for weird people like me. read more
