Ed arrived today serviced the A/C system which was still working solid from last year and also informed my wife and I on some items that could be installed to prevent certain issues down the road, which was awesome because who wants a problem in the warmer months. These guys stand by their work and I appreciate that! My AC went out this past Friday. After doing some troubleshooting Saturday morning to see if it's a simple fix, I was unable to get it back working so I decided to give them a call. They did a service call later that day which revealed that the board on my furnace was bad and needed to be replaced. They put in a temporary fix which allowed one of my 2 thermostats to directly control the AC for the entire house until then. Monday roll around, they came out and replaced the board which took a few hours. After being told it was done, there was still no air coming out of the vents. I communicated my problem and the next day, the owner had another tech out investigating my issue which revealed a slightly different issue than what it was originally believed to be. They got it figured out and got my AC working. They also came back the following day just to further troubleshoot and make sure they had the issue fully resolved, then also fully explained to me what was the issue and the steps they took to resolve it. I felt like they took the effort to make sure my issue was resolved properly. I stand by any business that values customer service. I recommend these guys! read more

My heater was not working correctly. A friend of mine highly recommended Weiss so I called this company. Edward came by. Seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Paid them $200 to do a tune up on my HVAC system and was given the all clear. Less than an hour after the service tech left my air conditioning stopped working. When they came back they said a wire burnt up in my condenser and it was "a crazy coincidence" and it wasn't anything their tech did to cause it. I paid a legitimate company to come fix it and didn't give them another dime. This unit is brand new only 2 years ago and happens to fail the day they inspect it. Typical scam running HVAC company with unprofessional management. Stay away if you don't want "coincidental" failures that will cost you more money. Nick's reply to this review shows exactly the type of company they are. At best case their tech was negligent and failed to complete the job they were paid for, at worst he sabotaged the system. Because the service has been prompt and helpful. --- --- --- Full disclosure: both times that Weiss has been to my house, I was stuck in my office on work calls while my wife dealt with the service person. But we've had two great experiences so far. The first time, we noticed a small leak coming from our roof, just outside of one of our windows. We called Weiss and they came over the next day to find that there was a clog that was causing our drain pan to overflow. Not awesome. But the problem was quickly fixed, which WAS awesome. The second visit was due to our ignorance. We turned the heat on and noticed it was not working. We called Weiss and they literally came over within an hour. It turns out, the gas was not turned on. We have never owned a house with a gas heater before, so lesson learned. While he was here, he just did some pretty basic service to the heater, as well. While we hopefully will not have to call Weiss much more in the near future, it's comforting to know that they are nearby when we need them! read more

EXCELLENT! Worth every star I gave! We were in the midst of a negotiations for a home sell. Some issues came up and we were able to get Weiss A/C and Heat in within a day! I loved they communicated arrival times via email and text, allowing me to stay on top of things and communicate with my family. I have been using this company for over a year now, mainly for personal but I have had to use them for a commercial business as well. These guys are phenomenal! Most of the times I have had to call them it was in emergency events, they are fast and very responsive. They are very respectful and courteous gentleman. I'm a single lady and a first time homebuyer....so I literally know nothing about owning a home or doing repairs, I ask a ton of questions due to lack knowledge; Nick never makes me feel stupid for asking. Today I had to use them because my AC was blowing hot.... I was in a bit of a time crunch trying to get this done before work so I had to jump in the shower while the gentleman was repairing my AC.... I never once felt uncomfortable.
