I understand that they do more than just have makeup for purchase, but this size is a little over the top. Not to reader: I did not come in this store for myself. I was out with family and my mom and sisters wanted to stop in here. While I was bored walking about like a toddler in here following them, they enjoyed themselfs. They went about the store and found more than they probably wanted, me, it was like looking at foreign objects. I will say that the staff in here are very approachable. They go above and beyond to help a customer. They know exactly what you are talking about even if you give them the smallest description of an item. They are also able to help you choose an item that matches your complexion. From what I remember they have a rewards program. So if you are a makeup freak you could benefit from this. But again, why so big?

I tried, and tried and tried, to reach someone at JC Penney to talk about scheduling an appt with…read morethe photography studio. Every time, I just would get someone answering the 800 number. Each person answering the phone was ruder than the last. Wherever these calls are sent to, they are answered by very annoyed clerks who obviously do NOT want to be bothered. I thought I could call the local Penneys store and be transferred to the photo studio. That never happened. It is obvious that the company does NOT want to be bothered by customers. If they don't need the business from this branch of the store, then why not just discontinue it. Penneys photography is owned by Lifetouch and I wonder if that know how potential customers are treated. There are some nice people in other departments of the Altoona store, but what is this abuse I experienced from trying to reach the photo studio department? I found another studio, called them, was treated wonderfully and the appountment is made. JC Penneys could have had that business, but instead, they treated me with rudeness and total disregard. I guess, so be it.

Don't use this pharmacy if you have to take your prescription to have quality of life. Looking through the reviews of this pharmacy I have no idea how they are still operating. Shame on the people who think it's ok to come and go as you please. Pharmacist needs to find another career because she doesn't have an idea that people have to take medication every day.
