Ms. Portia needs the Sephora Employee of the Year trophy/sash. Not only was her spirit welcoming, her knowledge, customer service & teamwork was star mentionable. I came at her with every question I had for my Melasma & she came right back with her beaming smile, wit & information. I appreciated Portia going beyond my initial inquiry that tied in other treatments that would be beneficial. Not to push a sale on me, Portia was kind enough to offer me a few samples that she thought would be beneficial to me. Ha, she beat me to the punch as I was getting to ready ask as I like to sample before I buy. On the note of teamwork, it is evident throughout the store - if one employee is servicing another customer & you ask that employee for assistance, they will radio their colleague to lend a helping hand. You can find so much more than just make up, there's perfume, aromatherapy, tools/brushes, bath & body, hair products & more. Money wise, it seems the retail prices seems less expensive than the Dr's office. I'm pro Dermatology appointments, yet if I can find a medical grade home regime, I'm all for it...with Portia's assistance of course.

I visited this place 3x and today I finally had a very nice person help me. I will only make a purchase with Vjosa . She is honest, knowledgable sweet and friendly. She gets a 5 plus star rating. Why should I leave money here if I can't get good service.

I think this Sephora can't help but be somewhat lackluster. It's located in a busy mall swimming with teens - hey, I was here as a teen, too - and has a somewhat cramped layout given the precious little space available in the mall. That layout makes it difficult to try on samples during peak periods. The employees are varying degrees of friendly, but they're often so busy I can understand why they don't have time to be exceptionally helpful. No complaints about inventory. I'd come here again if I was in the mall, but otherwise I'd try to shop at another store if I was looking for assistance or space to try products on.

I was a bridesmaid wedding labor day weekend and came here to alongside my my mother. I set an appointment for a mini makeover and upon arriving to Sephora found out that that I was matched with ALIYA. Now I never wear make up so i was super stoked about how I was going to look. The bride had a specific look she wanted for all the bridesmaids eyes and I showed Aliyah this picture and she she was confident that she could pull it off. WELL LET ME TELL YOU- I was sooooooo satisfied with her work. She transformed me into a model! I thought I was the one getting married. Then she even went and put some final touches on my mom that enhanced the look that another artist created. I was obsessed with the way I looked, the way she treated me, and just her overall demeanor and knowledge. She also has amazing skin, so she shed some tips on beauty that now has me buying Sephora products- which I NEVER would have purchased without her suggestion. I am extremely grateful to her for her dedication and her skill. I would definitely come here to get my make up done. Some surroundings details: There was a "host" of the area who greeted us as soon as we walked up, my name was written on a mirror and so was my mom's so we were definitely expected and felt welcome-very orderly. I forget the nice young lady's name but she was very professional and attentive and started our trip off perfectly. Appointment started on time and it was just an amazing experience from start to finish. SHOUT OUT TO YOU ALIYAH. You're the real MVP and the world, the wedding and I truly appreciate your talent and service. Thank you Aliya and Sephora for a remarkable first experience. I will definitely return when I need my face beat or to purchase the products that have me shining shining shining...(as you can see I'm extremely pleased)

The worst experience ever! My friend and I decided to do a complete make over class. She got Andy and he did amazing job. My appointment was after her so I was thinking I probably will be the next but it was another person to do my make up. It's ok tho, i don't mind if it's a professional who knows what he is doing. Tunisia (the make up lady, can't call her artist because she does not know a thing) first greeted me and was nice asking what I would like to do. I explained that I want natural look but to make my eyes noticeable. And that I like and want bright colors of lipstick. So she downloaded my skin type to the app and brought some products to try. The first thing she said when she open her bag with brushes that they are all dirty. How on earth you are not taking care of brushes if know you have a client? Second she never explained a damn thing about what she is doing and I had to ask her every time and at some point just stopped. She tried 4 different foundations and couldn't find a right one saying that the app is giving her options. Hello?! You are working with make up you should know better even without app and not first putting all these stuff on my face and then say oh it's not color for you. When she started to do my eye make up I wanted to cry because she did this awful eyeliner all over and I looked like panda. In the end she put berry color lipstick. When I looked at the mirror I was shocked! Even home I am doing it way better than she did. My eyes was irritated because she wasn't gentle. With this make up I looked 20 years older than I am because colors was absolutely not for me! And she did absolutely opposite of what I asked. I had to go myself and show her lipstick and make her remove awful eyeliner on my eyes. She kept asking if I like it and I kept saying no so she was just rolling her eyes at me. I mean really? She didn't even do what I asked for. Make up was horrible. I have a picture to show, even though it's embarrassing I don't want other people to feel what I felt when I looked in the mirror. So in the end she asked if I want to purchase smth. Hell no!!! I am spending holly shit punt of money on Sephora and getting this in return. Very disappointed. Thinking about switching to Ulta. That was my first experience with full make up and might be the last!

This close to my wedding I needed to try a new place and not miss my monthly facial appointment. This place is walking distance and has good reviews so I decided to give it a try. They had the glow gift package for $499 for 3 facials which was perfect for my needs since I only need 2 but didn't want to pay their a la carte rate of $200 per facial. This way each facial costs about $167 which is more reasonable. Their facials last about 50 minutes and they play soft versions of familiar pop music so it's not your typical relaxed spa experience, rather an uplifting session of getting pampered. They have an AI assistant called Gloria which scans your face as you come in and shows you issues you have with your skin. I believe the facials are also customized based on this AI analysis. The esthetician was quick and knew her work. She didn't assist me in putting my stuff away or getting me a blanket or showing me things. I had to figure them out and she was a little late. But the facial was good in general and she did microdermabrasion, collagen stuff, and a couple of masks with exfoliation. Overall the facial was relaxing but not beyond amazing for the price I paid. My skin also looked the same after the facial which isn't bad but there wasn't a glow or anything like I expected and usually get after facials. No blackheads were removed or addressed and no special red light treatment was provided like my regular place does. I will use up the rest of my sessions but I'm glad I didn't sign up for the annual membership which is impossible to cancel since they charge $600 for cancellation.

I never authorized a credit card to be kept on file, so I was shocked to later discover that my husband's credit card had somehow been charged. My concerns are: 1. How did the office obtain my husband's credit card information and charge it without my authorization? 2. If completing this medical form is now a mandatory requirement, why wasn't I informed of that when I made the appointment over the phone? I spoke with the same employee who later attempted to check me in. Had I been told about this new policy beforehand, I would have canceled the appointment before making the trip and avoided both the inconvenience and the $35 fee. I've been a loyal client for around two years, and this experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication, combined with charging a credit card that I never authorized to be on file, is unacceptable. This is not how long-time clients should be treated.

It was a HOT mess in this location prior to my negative interaction with this manager. There was actually quite a few employees running around moving things, carrying things and setting up tables. This was approx 30-40 mins before closing. 2) I had to make line to have my question "answered" because everyone was busy doing other things on the floor. 3) Zuma: from one retail worker to another.... You need to take a break and reassess if this job is for you. Short patience, rude tone, and acting like you don't have time for your team or customers is a sign this might not be a good fit for you any longer. He called for help and it was an inconvenience for Zuma to come over and assist. I asked if they could check the drawer for an item I had purchased at another location. She refused and said arrogantly it would be out here at THIS location. Funny thing is..... that's what the last store also said and they opened the drawer and found two of the little sanitizer sprays and they were a part of the sale.
