What a hot mess. I don't know what the manager was thinking, but this Sephora check out process was a terrible experience. Multiple places to check out. She kept asking people cash or card and then just moving on without any guidance. I was there to pick up my birthday which I told her both times she asked the same question. I asked her where I was supposed to go and she snapped at me. She needs self awareness that her communication skills are poor. The store wasn't even busy. I really dig Sephora. Periodically I go on fragrance expeditions just to smell what I like and plan to buy next for myself or as gifts. This place has a decent selection of men's and women's fragrances and the sales associates don't hover over you like many of the department store associates do. They make themselves known if you need help and keep it movin'. No thirsty vibe here. Enables me to do my thing unmolested. I see lots of ladies in here playing with makeup and getting help/tips so that's apparently their thing too. read more

Ms. Portia needs the Sephora Employee of the Year trophy/sash. Not only was her spirit welcoming, her knowledge, customer service & teamwork was star mentionable. I came at her with every question I had for my Melasma & she came right back with her beaming smile, wit & information. I appreciated Portia going beyond my initial inquiry that tied in other treatments that would be beneficial. Not to push a sale on me, Portia was kind enough to offer me a few samples that she thought would be beneficial to me. Ha, she beat me to the punch as I was getting to ready ask as I like to sample before I buy. On the note of teamwork, it is evident throughout the store - if one employee is servicing another customer & you ask that employee for assistance, they will radio their colleague to lend a helping hand. You can find so much more than just make up, there's perfume, aromatherapy, tools/brushes, bath & body, hair products & more. Money wise, it seems the retail prices seems less expensive than the Dr's office. I had an excellent experience at this location. I'm not a makeup girly so stores like this can be intimidating. I was in the store for about 7 minutes and 4 employees asked me if I needed assistance in any way. Tinyshia was in the middle of looking for something and managed to help me find exactly what I was looking for at the same time. Myriah helped me find my last thought item and helped me with an express checkout AND added me to the insider so I could start collecting points. They're almost always rude to me and usually have an attitude. When I asked one of them too many questions, she was getting irritated and said "Ma'am... I'm about to hurt you," with an obviously irate yet trying-to-sound-cute-and-sweet tone. No matter how you say it, it's still unprofessional and rude. On a separate day, I spotted one of the workers "talking to herself". I thought she was having a conversation with someone on her headset but it turned out she was "talking" the lyrics to the song playing overhead, not singing them with melody. She sounded like she was talking to someone when she sang. When she helped me at the register, her 1st sentence was clear and she made eye contact while talking to me. After a few seconds passed, she then looked down and mumbled while bobbing her head and I thought she was "singing", but when she looked up at me impatiently, I asked "Were you speaking to me?" Her response was "There's nobody here and it's just us two so yes, I was talking to you. Who else?" Damn, then don't mumble and bob your head. Speak CLEARLY and look at your customer. I seriously could not tell if she was "singing" or talking. Also, there was a line behind me so idk why she had an attitude and said there was no one else there but us two. I come to this Sephora because it's conveniently located in the mall but I much prefer the Clarendon location, despite it's smaller size. I get treated so much better there (and they carry the Ren product line which this pentagon city location does not). I walk in and whether it is full or empty, it takes forever for someone to come help me even when I am clearly in need of assistance. And even when someone finally does approach me, they always act very hurried. I understand that you may be busy, I really do but that is a turnoff for the consumer. Also, please be knowledgeable about your inventory (over the Christmas holidays, I was in the market for a new moisturizing burgundy lipstick. My regular make up forever lipstick had been discontinued along with the smash box I used as a backup. Well apparently burgundy isn't as common a lipstick Shade as I thought but eventually a salesgirl did have me try on one in Urban decay that was perfect. There were none in store but she told me to let the cashier know and they would get from another store for me. I waited in the long line only to be told by the cashier that it was not available at any Sephora anymore. SIGH. I ended up just buying several online from another non-Sephora makeup establishment later that evening). Because this location is in the mall, it is usually pretty busy so expect long lines at the cashier and tight squeezes through the aisles. I think this Sephora can't help but be somewhat lackluster. It's located in a busy mall swimming with teens - hey, I was here as a teen, too - and has a somewhat cramped layout given the precious little space available in the mall. That layout makes it difficult to try on samples during peak periods. The employees are varying degrees of friendly, but they're often so busy I can understand why they don't have time to be exceptionally helpful. No complaints about inventory. Be careful about buying products at this Sephora. I purchased a pricey Natasha Denona eyeshadow palette, and used my 20% off holiday discount. I was so excited about it. A few seconds after leaving the store, I opened up the palette to take a quick look at it. I immediately noticed the palette was USED. You can tell someone took their finger and swatched one of the shadows. I went back into the store to exchange the palette for something else. I explained that the palette was used, and the cashier wasn't apologetic at all. I wasn't given a 20% discount on my exchange purchase and ended up paying the regular price for my new item. The cashier had a smirk on her face during the transaction, so she knew I lost money. Be careful and check your products before making a purchase if you shop here, because they sell used products at this store. This Sephora is awful. I was a bridesmaid wedding labor day weekend and came here to alongside my my mother. I set an appointment for a mini makeover and upon arriving to Sephora found out that that I was matched with ALIYA. Now I never wear make up so i was super stoked about how I was going to look. The bride had a specific look she wanted for all the bridesmaids eyes and I showed Aliyah this picture and she she was confident that she could pull it off. WELL LET ME TELL YOU- I was sooooooo satisfied with her work. She transformed me into a model! I thought I was the one getting married. Then she even went and put some final touches on my mom that enhanced the look that another artist created. I was obsessed with the way I looked, the way she treated me, and just her overall demeanor and knowledge. She also has amazing skin, so she shed some tips on beauty that now has me buying Sephora products- which I NEVER would have purchased without her suggestion. I am extremely grateful to her for her dedication and her skill. I would definitely come here to get my make up done. Some surroundings details: There was a "host" of the area who greeted us as soon as we walked up, my name was written on a mirror and so was my mom's so we were definitely expected and felt welcome-very orderly. I forget the nice young lady's name but she was very professional and attentive and started our trip off perfectly. I'm not sure I've had a negative experience at any Sephora, and I thought that was reason enough to share w.the world. Yesterday was no different, although I did have to find someone to help me, but once I did, they took time to answer each question and the lady whose name reminded me of "Naomi" but isn't (sorry for forgetting!) even took me back to demo something even though she was checking me out at the register. She never once rushed or made me feel like I was a nuisance (even though I'm convinced I was). They explained how each item worked and why they felt it was the best option for me. I'd return again soon, but every time I go, I leave destitute. My wallet needs mercy. read more

Worst service ever! Until Cashier Stephanie overheard me complaining to my sister about a horrible employee and her lack of knowledge and assistance. I was looking for a particular Bliss hand cream. I walked all around the store searching for it on my own. A couple of "workers" looked my way BUT they were more interested in chit chatting to each other - not helping anyone. Long story short. The worst experience ever! My friend and I decided to do a complete make over class. She got Andy and he did amazing job. My appointment was after her so I was thinking I probably will be the next but it was another person to do my make up. It's ok tho, i don't mind if it's a professional who knows what he is doing. Tunisia (the make up lady, can't call her artist because she does not know a thing) first greeted me and was nice asking what I would like to do. I explained that I want natural look but to make my eyes noticeable. And that I like and want bright colors of lipstick. So she downloaded my skin type to the app and brought some products to try. The first thing she said when she open her bag with brushes that they are all dirty. How on earth you are not taking care of brushes if know you have a client? Second she never explained a damn thing about what she is doing and I had to ask her every time and at some point just stopped. She tried 4 different foundations and couldn't find a right one saying that the app is giving her options. Hello?! You are working with make up you should know better even without app and not first putting all these stuff on my face and then say oh it's not color for you. When she started to do my eye make up I wanted to cry because she did this awful eyeliner all over and I looked like panda. In the end she put berry color lipstick. When I looked at the mirror I was shocked! Even home I am doing it way better than she did. My eyes was irritated because she wasn't gentle. With this make up I looked 20 years older than I am because colors was absolutely not for me! And she did absolutely opposite of what I asked. I had to go myself and show her lipstick and make her remove awful eyeliner on my eyes. She kept asking if I like it and I kept saying no so she was just rolling her eyes at me. I mean really? It looked a tad messy in here. Like a bunch of girls were on their way to a club and had to do their make up...in one bathroom with one light. They could have wiped down a few of the sections. Aside from that, not all the displays had testers and some of the lipsticks looked like someone shoved them somewhere they didn't belong o_O. Kind of sketchy..but if you wipe the tops off I guess that isn't so bad. On the bright side, a pleasant young gentleman was very helpful and friendly. He asked if we needed help finding anything and chatted with me about my huge duffle bag and asked if I was working on my arms for football season lol He was charming, which made the store more bearable. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM for a full face makeover. I arrived 10 minutes early and wandered around the store trying to find an employee. I went back to the beauty counter area, no one acknowledged me, so I kept looking. Eventually I found about 8 employees all clustered together talking in the corner. I asked one of them where I was supposed to check-in and she took my to a seat in the beauty counter and told me to sit down. I sat there for 20 minute without anyone acknowledging me. Finally am employee checked on me and said my stylist would be over soon. First they sent the wrong stylist, but she did help me find the stylist who was helping me (although they couldn't find her for about another 5-10 minutes). At this point, I'm 30 minutes past my 3:00 appointment. My stylist explained that she thought I was a no-show and cancelled my appointment. I had been sitting at the beauty counter area the entire time so I'm really not sure how she thought I was a no show. Overall, I was not impressed with the explanation of what she was doing or her technique. I did think the final result of the makeup looked good and I was happy with it but it just wasn't the experience I was wanting and it took a very long time! read more

Sephora always has higher product prices but I've been a customer for a long time due to the services it provided. However, my experience at this store today seriously got me to switch to Ulta. I came in for a beauty class scheduled for 10am and did showed up about 15 minutes late. The door was locked as it usually opens at 11am, however, multiple Sephora employees saw me saying I'm here for the 10 am class, they completely ignored me until someone from the class needed to get out. When I came in, the teacher was going around to measure everyone's skin and said the class would start in about 6 minutes. He came to me and said the class already started so you can stay here and observe. I left in perplexity as in why I can't start the class where everyone is. There was no explanation why that is the case either in person or online. It really was a waste of my time to rush through traffic and came to the store just to look at other people do their make up. If this store/Sephora decides to turn everyone that is late away, they should put that in the event description for everyone's sake. read more

It's your standard Sephora. The employees are pretty nice, the store seems clean, and the testers don't look gross. It can be a little overwhelming when it's busy (especially with tour groups) but it's easy to find help on weeknights. One big complaint: I asked an employee to help me find a lipstick for my wedding in a certain color that wouldn't transfer. When I chose one of the options they brought me, they reassured me that even though it was a little sticky when I tested it on my hand, that it wouldn't transfer if I gave it more time to dry. Well, I gave it plenty of time to dry on my wedding day, and didn't apply anything over it, but it still ended up on my husband's face and he had pink lips for the post-ceremony photos and reception. Definitely annoyed that it's the LEAST transfer proof liquid lipstick I own, but on the bright side my husband looked extra fabulous in our photos! read more

I am switching brands and have sensitive skin. In the past when I have gone into Sephora I was able to request a small sample of a new brand to take home and try on my skin before purchasing a whole new beauty package and finding out I was sensitive to it. I was a little surprised when this Sephora told me no, they could not make me a tester of anything and they have run out of pre packaged samples also. I only get custom testers a few times a year so it wasn't because I was asking for too many. I had to go down the street to Ulta and that was a bummer. read more

There are a lot of items not stocked and the testers are unreasonably messy. however, on my past two visits I had positive interactions at the cash wrap. the two girls seemed genuinely interested in what I was buying and passionate about the products. so much so, one kept chatting with me even after I was all rung up. another staff member gave a young girl a free sample and literally made her night. So, I've had my fair share of awful experiences at Sephora (see previous reviews), but yesterday had me impressed. I had a pretty rough day at work and decided to pop in Sephora before this dinner date. I WAS looking to buy a new makeup palette, but decided to look around the store for other goodies. When I first walked in, I was greeted (unlike the Sephora in Georgetown) and I was asked at least twice if I needed any help. By the second time, I asked the young lady if she could freshen up my makeup. Without hesitation she said YES! I was so surprised! Usually, the women in Sephora do not like doing their jobs...they say no or give you attitudes or do other things that don't make sense. Anyways, the young lady who did my makeup did an AMAZING job. She covered my dark circle with a nars concealer, gave me an amazing cat eye and picked out a new berry matte lip from tarte (which I love). She spent time making me look glowy and beautiful. This young lady absolutely made my day! Not only did my makeup look great, she without hesitation agreed to freshen up my face and went above and beyond! Now that's great customer service and it's hard to find nowadays. Because she did a great job, I spent way more than expected in Sephora. read more

This Sephora has gotten better since moving into a bigger space. I also think the staff has become more helpful. They still don't carry the full lines in some of my favorite brands. However, given the location, it is quite crowded and overrun with teens. There's better Sephoras in the area, but this is the most convenient for me. Every 2 years, like clockwork, I find myself in South Arlington and low on mascara. And I have a huge internal debate about if I should pop into Sephora and see if the customer service has improved at all since my previous visit. Spoiler alert: it has not. Now in the spirit of complete yelpy honesty, one does not simply "pop into' ANYTHING at pentagon city mall. Between the confusing parking garages, endless tunnels and crowds of high schoolers on bus tours, the entire mall reminds me of a zombie nightmare I once had. But i do promise that this review is based SOLELY on the crappy service I received at Sephora, not my general ire at that entire mall. (Seriously, what is the deal with all those tour buses?) So the girl at the door asks me if I'm looking for something and I tell her that i want the Sephoras Favorites Lashtash To Go which I had been eyeing on sephora.com for $28. She sighed, literally the deepest sigh I'd ever heard, like I'd asked her where the kitty litter was, and led my to the tiny box of mascaras. Then she warned me not to open it until I had paid for it- because . . .I guess I look like the kind of middle aged woman who opens boxes of unpaid mascaras? Anyway, there was a long line so I kind of piddled around and picked out a few more things and resisted the urge to open the box of mascaras. When the line had died down to one customer and 4 cashiers I did the math and got in line. (Side note: Is it IN line or ON line? Or neither cause I was the only one there and one person isn't really a line, just kind of a speck? ) I had TONS of time to debate the IN line vs ON line problem because while the one cashier explained to her customer every possible thing she might need to know about how to use the gift card she was buying, the other 3 cashiers were busy. One was on her ipad, one was on her phone and the last, I KID YOU NOT, saw me eyeing her and picked up the land line and started talking like someone had called. I'm standing RIGHT HERE. That phone DID NOT ring. Anyway this whole little charade went on about 10 more minutes before i put down my $75 worth of merchandise and walked out the store, around the tour groups, thru the tunnels, and wound my way out of the parking garage; $2 poorer and completely empty handed. I used to go to this store all the time due to the convenient location but the customer service was getting worse and worse every time . In a half- empty store on a Monday afternoon with a bunch of associates walking around and pretending they were busy no one could help me. They just told me to wait and eventually just ignored me. Oh really?? The cashier was rude as well. She changed her attitude a little bit when she saw me opening the yelp app on my phone and checking in at the store. That was my last time there. After reading reviews below, I expected that the sales associates would be tripping over themselves to help me find make-up. No. Such. Freaking. Luck!!! I felt like I needed to practically beg them to look my way, let alone actually try to make a sale. To give you some context -- I'm a complete make-up novice. That's what a lifetime of Catholic school can do to a person who does NOT have a rebellious streak - lol! My cluelessness lasted throughout college and into early adulthood. So, ummm, yeah -- I'm one of those women who is getting closer and closer to 30, but I am at a complete loss when it comes to putting my best face forward, so to speak. So walking into Sephora is like stumbling upon a veritable feast after seven years of famine. So many goodies I don't know where to begin -- or what suits my taste! I'd heard great reviews about the Make Up For Ever line for all women, but esp. for black women with a variety of undertones. So I wanted to try it. I called ahead of time and asked if I'd need an appointment to get help finding my shade, and I was told no. So I go to the store with very high hopes. I ask the greeter at the front to show me the MUFE line, and she points to an aisle on the far corner. I walk over blindly and stare at the rows of bottles and pots and colors and all -- feeling completely overwhelmed. I really needed someone to help me get a color match so that I didn't buy the wrong products. There was no sales associate in sight (besides the lady permanently posted as greeter at the front door). So I ended up waiting in the checkout line for about 6 minutes so that I could finally get the attention of an employee. Well, when it was my turn, the lady radioes for someone that I needed help and told me that the person would meet me over in front of MUFE section. I walk back and am met by a petite (Latina? Arab?) employee who didn't seem that knowledgeable and attentive. I only mention this because I really wanted one of the three black employees working the register to match me. (No racism. I just wanted someone who might understand the unique issues black women face when it comes to foundation -- undertones, hyperpigmentation, etc. But I decided to give this associate the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, that was too generous of me.) This associate didn't even look at my skin, rather she just disappeared down the aisle to retrieve products. She brought over a color and started plastering half my face with it. When I looked in the mirror under the light, I had an "orange" cast with a foundation much too light for me. So I say, "This looks like......a mask." She says, "What do you mean?" WHAT IN THE WORLD!?!?!? Do I really need to spell this out for you?!?!?!?!? Can you NOT see that this looks horrible?!?!?! That my face doesn't match my neck?!?! or the other side of my face!?!?! So I say, "I mean, this is the wrong shade. It doesn't look natural." She proceeds to say, "It looks good. Brings out your golden undertones." WHAT IN THE FREAKING WORLD?!!?!?!? I do not have golden undertones!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never have. Never will! Are you freaking serious?!?!?! I can't wear most shades of brown, gold, or orange because they make me look ruddy. (I know because my sister is my same skin color, but she DOES have golden undertones. We have very different looks and wear completely different makeup colors.) Anywho, I decide this chick is either checked out or just seriously doesn't care enough to do the job right. So I ask her to bring me a darker shade. She brings it, puts it on the other half of my face, and then says, "Oooooooh! Yeah, this does look better." (No kidding, Sherlock!!!) The other side DID indeed look better -- the makeup was light, natural, and imperceptible. But I wanted to see it in natural light, so I decided to just wear it around for the rest of the day and check on it every few hours. I like the product -- enough to go back and buy it, but I WILL NOT work with that same associate again. In fact, I'm thinking of heading to Tyson's Corner's Sephora to see if I can get some real assistance getting a complete look with other products in the line. read more

What ever happened to a "timeless" refund with a receipt? Didn't you also just upgraded your system to store every purchase made by your VIP members? Why am I getting my refund in store credit instead of a full refund when I made an exchange with a receipt? I certainly didn't need an attitude from the cashier either. I mean really, would it kill one of those lazy employee's to wipe off the liquid foundation that is running down the front of the bottle? I went in tonight in search of the particular MUFE eyeliner that a coworker of mine had. I walked around the store for several minutes looking around for it. I CLEARLY had a look of confusion on my face. I love Sephora. Especially the one in Georgetown. But please allow me to explain my beef with this location... 1. Super small. They're in a mall - why is their store no bigger than half the size of the ground floor in the Georgetown location? 2. Small stock. They hardly carry any of the more unique brands (Tarte, for example) that are stocked at every other location. 3. Not so knowledgeable Sales Associates. Or maybe they just don't care. I ran in to this Sephora and searched several times for Tarte's display. When I couldn't find it I asked a sales associate. She explained that they don't carry it because of their size. What she didn't explain, and what I knew (savvy-Sephora shopper that I am) is that when you request a product and they're out of it or don't carry it, they're supposed to assist you in purchasing the product online right then and there, and the shipping is free. Let me start this off by saying I LOVE Sephora, you don't get to VIB Rouge 3 years in a row by not loving it. I will also say the only reason I'm giving this location 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because the manager was amazing when I expressed my problem with the store the day I visited. I however can't ignore what happened to me the day I visited because I want to be sure the person who works "loss prevention/security" doesn't do to any other customer what she did to me. The other day I was shopping in this location and minding my own business like I always do. When I go to Sephora and look for new things, I like to browse and not be bothered. I have pretty good ears, so as I was browsing I heard the woman who heads "loss prevention" (I'm guessing that was her job since she was dressed different than everyone else and was definitely not the manager who I met when I checked out) well I heard her tell one of the sales associates to go "check on the Chinese lady" mind you I'm not even Chinese -_- so that alone really annoyed me because I knew they were talking about me since even though I'm not "Chinese" I am part Filipino. The Sales associate came up and asked me if I needed help to which I kindly responded "No" well not even ten minutes later she comes up to me again and asks again as if I didn't understand hair products (this sales associate was the last person I would want for hair product advice seeing as how she was wearing a weave or wig I couldn't tell) the second time she asked I gave her a look that showed I was very annoyed because they made me feel like I wasn't welcome in the store almost as if they thought I was going to steal something. I was a guest at the adjacent Ritz Carlton and dressed in my lulus and still was treated this way, I can only imagine how others are treated :-/ I will say thank you though to the manager she helped smooth out what was an uncomfortable situation for me, the taste I had left in my mouth though was so bitter that I will be happy to never visit this Pentagon City location ever again. I will however happily shop at Sephora because there is no better store for my beauty goods. read more

Never returning. The store is crowded, set up strangely and poorly organized, or perhaps it's just cluttered. The employees are not helpful at all. If you go up to them an ask, they are nice but again quite unhelpful. Even if it means they aren't doing anything else but standing around. I clearly couldn't find what I was looking for and 2 different employees just stared at me as I kept spinning in circles. In fact, they stared so long I didn't think they worked there since they never offered assistance. Last note -- and I hate to say this because it sounds mean and I don't intend to come across this way -- but how can you be a Sephora employee and not know how to apply your own make up? Not one employee had well applied or even decently applied make up. The color choices were poor and looks created were incredibly outdated. One lady's foundation didn't even match!!! I would never take a recommendation from anyone here. As my tip said, you are really better off heading to Georgetown or Tysons Corner. I thankfully have easy access to Annapolis, MD and Hollywood, CA locations. Those girls there always have amazing make up, helpful dispositions, and make some great suggestions. read more

I've loved Sephora since I was a college kid. They have many kinds of products. Great services. Some free small makeup. Also a free birthday small gift;) Excellent fashionable staffs. Good music! read more

Realistically, I would't come back here even if they were giving out free, top notch make up. Why you ask? I realize that sounds crazy, but really, it's not worth it. I've been to sephora in many cities (NYC, Seattle, LA, Chicago, Paris, Madrid, even DC for that matter the Georgetown store) any and all of them are better than this one. This is honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had in terms of customer service. I waited forever in line to purchase something so simple. While there were PLENTY of "beauticians" walking around and not helping anyone, I still had to wait 20 minutes + for the registrar to finish talking about random things with the person in front of me. Honestly, I'm excited if you want to be friend, but when you're working, please don't make your customers wait close to 30 minutes to simply purchase something. If I wasn't going out of the country for a few weeks I would have left much earlier. read more

If you need make up, go anywhere else. This store is horrible. I went in three times in one week to get someone to help me (a Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday) and each time was met with the same terrible experience. Not only was it impossible to fins someone to help me, but when I did manage to speak with someone I was dismissed, treated rudely, and had my questions answered with a simple "yes" or "no". When I asked if a product was available in store, a "no" was all I got- no follow up or offer to help me find something comparable. Some salespeople were hiding out in less trafficked areas of the store, and would pretend to be speaking into their headset if someone approached. Stay away from this store. After my bad experiences, I wrote into Sephora customer service so they could maybe make right- My original complaint was sent in on Nov 3. They responded that they would get in touch with the store and have them address the issue, and if no one got back to me in 7 days, to let them know.. 7 days later, nothing happened, I wrote back in. They then said they would be submitting my complaint to the store as a high priority and if nothing happened in 3 days, to again let them know.. 4 days later, nothing happened, so I wrote back. They sent me the SAME response as the original email, letting me know that if nothing happened in 7 days, let them know.. same thing, nothing. They wrote me again today and said they were submitting as a high priority blah blah blah. Not only do they not care about customer service, but over a month later they've made no effort to just say "sorry". Stay away. read more

Not helpful at all! After searching for someone to ask for a sample of face lotion, I was told they can only give samples of certain products "due to covid". So apparently covid can spread through facial moisturizer, but not foundation. No logic, no science, and won't be getting my business again! read more

This is the worst Sephora I've been to. I write this review based on 3 visits, all similar experiences. Each time I've visited staff never greet customers, and never offer to help you find something. The shelves are also poorly stocked, never having the items that are on display. Most recently, I visited the store and I was purchasing several items. 2 items had a very clear price tile and when the items rang up there were significantly higher. Typically I wouldn't ask for them to check but the difference was nearly double. The cashier sighed heavily but went to check and the price tile was the price I thought. She asked the manager to fix it. The most disappointing part was the manager, whom you expect a higher level of customer service. She said "the correct price is the price they rang up as but we will honor the price you thought they were this one time. It won't happen in the future." She acted like it was my fault, and that they were doing me some huge favor- it's not like I was the one who set the store. Overall just a very poor level of customer service in this location that does not live up to the quality I've experienced in other locations. read more

Its OK. I go here, so I can use up my points that I love. The staff is not so friendly. They are never around when you need help. But, when you don't need any help, they are always around. Some of the displays are a little messy, but other than that, its an OK place. read more
