Came back today for my appointment and again, front staff, pleasant and welcoming. The facility is clean and sterile, I was taken in right on time. Tiffany was my technician and she is an absolute doll! Friendly and respectful, being my first time she explained everything she was going to do and the order which she would work prior to beginning. I was extremely pleased with the process. I love the wax they use and appreciate no need for strips. Tiffany changed gloves between processes and body parts and I appreciate her and the company's need for a safe and sterile process. I will be certainly returning!

I chose not to complete the form and was told that without it, I could not check in. I understood and decided to leave. As I was walking out, I was told that if I canceled my appointment, I would be charged a $35 cancellation fee. I never authorized a credit card to be kept on file, so I was shocked to later discover that my husband's credit card had somehow been charged. My concerns are: 1. How did the office obtain my husband's credit card information and charge it without my authorization? 2. If completing this medical form is now a mandatory requirement, why wasn't I informed of that when I made the appointment over the phone? I spoke with the same employee who later attempted to check me in. Had I been told about this new policy beforehand, I would have canceled the appointment before making the trip and avoided both the inconvenience and the $35 fee. I've been a loyal client for around two years, and this experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication, combined with charging a credit card that I never authorized to be on file, is unacceptable. This is not how long-time clients should be treated.

You walk in and there's quite a lot of prescriptions that are not filled yet, extremely old computers that lag and doors that are jagged and hard to close up. This is not the staff's fault, this is an issue with corporate not supporting their stores. The other issue is that everything is manual pull so you're definitely more prone to human error. The front store is great though. Lots of inventory, store is very clean and organized. Service is quick at the register.

I paid for two sessions, but I'm not willing to go back now that I have a scar from my last time. I had multiple IPL sessions other places. I've moved and can't use the same people. I have never been scarred from IPL before. I don't think they were very thorough otherwise and I didn't see any improvement. What I do see is new tiny bright red veins that weren't there before and a new scar. Overall visit was also unpleasant. It was overall more painful than IPLs I've had though they seemed to be less thorough (i.e. I felt it less times). They also managed to get gel up my nose which I never had happen before at other places. Would not recommend.
