She is nothing short of a witch with a CAPITAL B. I am astounded at her lack of compassion, lack of integrity and lack of any resemblance to a human being much less a kind one. I give her negative 100 stars. I am a 68 year old Elder Citizen to whom she has been rude, disrespectful and basically evil over my questioning a $19 charge for a record that I had asked for (for the criminal court system) for months. The policy of charging was implemented THREE DAYS BEFORE MY FINAL CALL. I asked her four times if she could please make a one time exception for the page and a half (ONE page front and back!) and she said absolutely not. NO EXCEPTIONS. One page (two sided!) of notes!!! She literally would not send something I need for the Judge in Criminal Court. ALL THIS AFTER BEING ATTACKED BY THREE PIT BULL DOGS ((the reason I was referred to the practice)) that was simply something to prevent the District Attorney from ignoring my submission of a $980 invoice for Scar Tissue Massage (recommended by Dr. Pritcher when he saw me with stitches in - a whopping 83 of them - over five large and painful wounds - including muscle being ripped off my shin bone. It is five months later and I am still in pain, have what could be permanent nerve damage - and the District Attorney office in Rifle and Glenwood Springs are clearly acting as though they represent the dog owner (he had 7 other dogs - the remaining of the litter of 9 that the mother dog and two daughter dogs who could have been part of a 10 dog attack - which probably would have ended my life. KARI has negated every ounce of goodwill I had for the practice - although I will always be grateful for Raini who wasn't even my doctor's nurse but gave me wonderful care and is a wonderful human being: KARI did not allow Vandy to send something that would verify to the Judge that the massage was recommended in January when the pain could be tolerated - and this woman to refuse to send a generic letter from the clinic repeating that recommendation for clarity with the Judge is the ugliest manifestation of just how unkind and uncaring someone in the billing portion of an office can be. SHE CHARGED ME $19 for a two page record of my visit when the policy changed 3 days prior to a FOURTH REQUEST (there was no charge in place for records the first THREE TIMES I ASKED FOR A TWO PAGE DOCUMENT. SHE CHARGES $19 for 1 page - (up to 20) - and even though I was still on their old system and not the new combined with the ENT upstairs above their office which brought on the ridiculously expense charges for the Doctor notes , she had repeatedly refused to print or even email one page (zero printer ink necessary!) or allow me to pick up what could have a been a double sided ONE PAGE DOCUMENT. KARI is the worst example of human nature - and now I see why there are so many poor reviews for this business. When you care more about grabbing $19 for one page of paper (and aren't we ALL ENTITLED TO OUR RECORDS?!?!?!) than the person who was viciously and brutally attacked by three dogs, you are in a world of hurt. Talk about the worst customer service EVER. AS soon as I get KARI'S last name I will update this review --- but she hung up the phone on me today when she returned the call request I left for the actual Care Coordinator (Vandy) and then blocked my cell phone number from their system I was flabbergasted: Mean, cruel and vindictive. So when I got a consultation 18 months ago, they said they could do it on my port wine stain. Flash forward, I got pregnant so I couldn't get laser done. When I re-inquired, I was told the machine was down and it took close to 6 months for it to be back and running. I finally got an appointment for November 25th. I was told they now had 3 people trained on the Cutera laser (Christy who only works one day a week and is busy and booked forever wouldn't have to do it). Then, today, 3 business days before my appointment, Christy calls to tell me the other two Estheticians aren't comfortable doing this laser on my face because it's a port wine stain (aka not normal skin). She won't do it because she works one day a week and didn't want to take on a new client. I LITERALLY needed ONE 20 minute procedure. That is it. I'm top of that, not only did I change this appointment around a trip I had planned to get seen, I now haven't had this treatment done, which is medically needed, for 2 years. Before this, I had to drive to drive to Longmont to get procedure done because I was under the impression no one on the western slope had this laser. Lo and behold how excited I was that a local company (5 minutes away from me!!!) had it. I wouldn't have to spend money on gas, a hotel stay (as I can't drive after the procedure and healing wise), and saving time! BUT this company flat out told me 3 days before (after waiting 18 plus months to get laser done) that "they weren't comfortable doing it" because they haven't done it. Okay. Then how do you get better?! The only way you get better at something is by trying and not shying away. This could be discrimination as well. This laser would have been used on anyone else without a birthmark. I am BEYOND upset and disappointed. I have called and emailed this business NUMEROUS times over the past 6 months. I had to rearrange appointments so I could heal from this procedure and what did they do?! Cancel 3 days beforehand. And here is the best part, I'd do research and the closest place that has this exact laser is 3 hours away from Grand Junction! I cannot believe a local place would not help out a local person. Imagine this being a child who needed a medical procedure and a surgeon wouldn't do it because it's new and this child has to drive 4 hours instead. This business HAS THE LASER and people trained to do it, yet are choosing not to. By all means, sure it's their right or whatever, but how horrible. To leave one of your very own local people in the dust when you have the EXACT thing I need for my medical procedure. Shame. On. You.

The repeated result was hardening of the breasts & ugly, unnatural in their appearance. I again had to have them redone, 2 times, in Colorado. A few years ago, I found Dr Urban. He was the FIRST to recommend placing implants under the breast muscle to avoid scarring. But ALSO, he studied my problem, diligently, for 2 - 3 months before he came up with his own unique new procedure, whereby the breasts would hang normally with balance on both sides. It is the FIRST TIME that my breasts have EVER looked so normal! He mentioned that a lot of his experience has come from correcting what other plastic reconstructive surgeons' results have caused their patients. Walgreen park avenue, grand junction…read more There is little resolution in writing a review. Nothing changes. But I will write this for my own satisfaction. I started using the pharmacy from Walgreens on Park avenue when my daughter worked there. It was 7 years ago. I get one script filled there, all my other scripts are sent somewhere else. They are the worst. They have closed for days at a time with little warning in the middle of my script being filled because they did not have a pharmacist. They have changed their hours without warning, sometimes being closed on the weekends. The list goes on. My doctor writes my medication so that I have a large bottle that lasts 3 months and costs about 55 dollars. When I went to get my refill today the price was 133 dollars. I tried to haggle with them but they said that was the price. When they handed me my script there were 10 little bottles in the bag, that cost WAY more. They never informed me they were making a change. I don't know how they can do this. It is not what my doctor wrote as the script. I will have to jump through some hoops with my doc to get my scripts sent somewhere else. If I have my way I will NEVER use this horrible place again. My daughter said it was the most dysfunctional place she ever worked
