Not only did she change her confidence in being able to remove it, she actually said she might leave me with a scar and that her removal process isn't 100%. So she refused to do the removal and guess what she refused to refund my money. She talked so badly about my previous tattoo artist who did a bad job but at least she was a decent human being and refunded my money, Irene is much worse! See proof below of the salon admitting to talking me into changing my service at no charge and the picture of them yet charging me $497.94 and refusing to refund it. Thats their TRUE customer service level. -unhappy customer who was lied to -good luck next time, no refund! And just for those friends leaving "FAKE" reviews which is "ILLEGAL" btw! and claiming real ones are "FAKE" because someone might have moved and didn't update their address lol.. the stupidity of some people is...... This place is money hungry and will say whatever they need to say to get as much as possible. Also, they quoted us a little over 13,000 dollars for this.
