Once the two customer service people were finished with the customers they were assisting they walked the opposite direction from me. I came back around the corner and one of the ladies was putting on make up ignoring me and the young man walked away again. I had been in the store already 30 minutes and was never asked once if I needed anything. I absolutely love Ulta and have patronized many of your stores in Indiana, Tennessee and Mississippi and was always promply greeted. I've had multiple salon services and for birthdays and holidays I would always ask for gift cards from the store because I loved how helpful everyone was. I had stopped going to Sephora for over 11 years because I loved the customer service Ulta had. Unfortunately, today will be the last time I visit this location. I will return to the one in Peachtree City to give Ulta one last chance. Because I didn't have time to drive there today, I went next door to Sephora to make my purchases, where I was greeted when I walked into the cosmetics section in Kohl's. He then was very apologetic and asked me to go back to the door it still wasn't 8 at the time. I seen the lady talking on the phone but she still refused to open the door she just stared. It took me 20 minutes to get there and it would take me 40 minutes to get to Conyers. I am so done. She probably was the owners wife. She definitely had no fear. I was about to purchase at least $80 worth of Kera Care products and I informed the manager of this. But now I will be going somewhere else. I guess my money wasn't good enough.

I will say the Pandemic has truly affected all retail store outlets including this Sephora location. Prior the pandemic this place had roughly 6 floor salespeople and now it's reduced down to 1. I came into this store a couple of months ago because a good friend of mine got me a Sephora gift card. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Renesha. She was extremely helpful with giving me advice when I asked about certain foundations for my skin tone. She was nice and helpful. Because there's limited staff on the floor, If they get a flood of people everyone will not be serviced. I still think this place has potential but they definitely need more staff. The place is always clean and the staff that are there are always helpful.
