What I like most is the fact that the ladies who work there greet you and help you look for anything you need. If they don't have the product they will let you know and try to assist you on finding it elsewhere. No one is badgering you to purchase something you don't want and if you tell them what you want to use it for they can give you some suggestions if you are open to the advice. They have whatever I need and their prices are not sky high for every little thing. Some beauty supply stores are too big and overwhelming. For me this one is just right.
