I then asked what I was supposed to do about the tooth, and she told me I needed a full work-up before an extraction and would have to make another appointment. After already waiting two weeks for this appointment and spending nearly three hours in the office, that was incredibly frustrating. When I pointed out that I had not been "squeezed in as an emergency," because I had waited two weeks to be seen, she reluctantly said she would "see what she could do." I was then sent back to the lobby to wait another 20 minutes to see if another patient showed up. That patient never came in, yet I was told they did--even though I was sitting in the lobby where patients check in. By this point, I was in tears, asking what I was supposed to do after waiting weeks for help. I left feeling dismissed, misled, and still in pain. The lack of compassion, communication, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

It is very noticeable. It looks like a mini Klingon! The botox treatment did not help the line either. As a result, I have developed another wrinkle above the left eyebrow as this muscle has had to compensate for the other paralyzed muscle.
