Women and men of different cultures shop at Sally's. Is it that Sally's is choosing to only focus on one type of culture and if so, what type of culture is that? I understand how that works, but it is the way you speak to someone and the tone you use that makes all the difference. You are at your job, so speak accordingly and professionally. Ulta, do better and hire people who actually want to make their guests feel welcome and not like we are a bother.
