I am a concerned customer and would like to know why the store is choosing not to sell "multicultered products" as the employee, possible manager, said herself. Women and men of different cultures shop at Sally's. Is it that Sally's is choosing to only focus on one type of culture and if so, what type of culture is that? More recently, I went for perfume and I asked an employee for help and she very quickly and rudely said she was helping another customer and I just have to wait. I understand how that works, but it is the way you speak to someone and the tone you use that makes all the difference. You are at your job, so speak accordingly and professionally. Ulta, do better and hire people who actually want to make their guests feel welcome and not like we are a bother.
