I called the store with a few questions- about their inventory, the brands they carry, the discounts, etc. I don't live super close, so I wanted to find out before driving to the mall. Kendra answered and she was SO nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny. She took a lot of time answering my questions and then some. She even tracked down the name of a perfume I couldn't think of just based on the bottle & notes I could remember! I told her she was going to be responsible for me spending way too much money! :) She deserves a raise and a million vacation days, because she made my day. I visited the store today. Chloe immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. I asked her if they had any sales today and she pointed out a few items. She helped me pick some items out. She was able to educate me and give me detailed information about each product. I was pretty impressed with her knowledge, care, and attention to detail. I bought several items. As I was shopping, the manager came out was very friendly and professional as well.. My experience here was very pleasant and a great escape from the crazy times regarding covid. read more

SHOP HERE! I just recently learned about CCO's and omg I was in heaven. The sales associates aren't terribly knowledgable in the products, but they are friendly and helpful. One tip- KNOW YOUR PRODUCT PRICES BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE. Some items were only maybe $1 or two cheaper than purchasing them at an actual MAC boutique or counter, some full price. But the ones I did get were a good bit cheaper. I got the MAC liquid liner for half of its original price so that was for sure a steal. They also carry discontinued collections like the MAC RiRi, holiday collections, and they had a ton of te holiday heirlooms. Would definitely suggest shopping here but again, know your prices before you shop read more

I love this store and the service at this location was amazing. Id seen this store and just never gone in. When I realized what id been missing I wanted to kick myself for never stopping here. The customer service was great. They carried some MAC lipsticks and collections id been in search of. Prices are great and the person that worked here would pull lipsticks as I picked them. I will warn you, take a couple of hundred dollars. Its too easy to spend it with the amazing prices. read more

The girls at this location are always professional and friendly. I often do send sales and they always put care and time in to make sure everything is just right. Always can find a deal in the store. I love going to CCO's. For some people that don't know The Cosmetic Company is an Estée Lauder outlet store. They sell back stock, limited edition or discontinued items on top name beauty brands for less. They carry makeup, fragrances, holiday sets, hair care and brushes from brands like bumble&bumble, Bobbi brown, MAC, Clinique yadayada and the list goes on. The sales clerks over here are actually pretty nice and don't hover over you like at other CCO's I've went to. They are decently stocked and the store is a good size. I plan on stopping by every time I come shop at the outlets. read more

The selection is small, but they did have some Bobbi Brown items I use regularly. Also MAC collections past, mostly eye shadow quads or duos, some brush sets from the holidays, etc. I also found the Bumble and Bumble color safe shampoo and conditioner I use, surf spray and curling mouse all for 1/2 off, if not more. The best find was MAC perfume rollers for 10$ a pop in yummy scents. I'll definitely pop by when I'm in the area. customer service is excellent! the prices are excellent. Makeup and fragrance never goes on sale this is awesome! Hit or mis on finding your items so bring a list of what you use and then plan on buying some fun things that you may not usually get because it usually cost too much! must stop here. This review is not so much about the selection of cosmetics, although they could stand to bring in more options for the brands they carry (ex. MAC matchmaster line). This review is about the lukewarm, borderline nasty reception I receive whenever I walk in. I have yet to receive a warm greeting or willing help. When asked for assistance, the sales ladies begrudgingly help and barely try to find the color I need. I've asked for a particular foundation and told that they didnt have it and probably wouldnt get my color in on the next shipment bc they rarely get the same thing twice. After taking my time to thoroughly look myself (bc Id bought it therr twice bf), low and behold, there it is. One would ask why I continue to patronize this place. The answer is bc Id rather ignore their blatant disregard for customer service than drive to the domain to buy makeup. I only visit this place a couple times a year, and each time I do, I hope that the stuffy, uptight, rude middle age women have been replaced with someone who values all customers, but am sorely disappointed. read more

Buyer beware - open your products and check thoroughly before you purchase at Luxury Beauty Store. I bought Lancôme face cream for $100 that they told me was manufactured this year (2016) but when I opened it at home, it was from early 2015. The manager refused to exchange it because it had not yet expired and no exchanges or returns are allowed as printed on the receipt. I'll have to take the hit on this transaction, but this company has lost my business for good. My future Lancôme purchases will be from a reputable retail store. You get what you pay for. read more
