But I don't agree with Jamie's decision. I came here for a wax last week, which was alright. It was $75, & I don't think the quality of the results was worth that much. This is a single person owned & operated business. I asked about product for my breakouts & she recommended a product that was $43, & I bought it. I tried it once, & it was very drying & I do not think I can use it on my skin. I text her today (her preferred method of contact per her website & voicemail), being honest & saying I tried it & it won't work for me, & she replied that she doesn't take returns on used product. If you choose to sell products, especially skin care, you need to operate like any other business & let customers return their product, especially after 1 week! It is a cost of doing business. Unfortunately, I believe this decision is more costly, as she lost a client. Update: I ended up with stubble growing out within a week of having my wax, and bad ingrowns to follow. She talked nonstop during my wax, and I know now she wasn't concentrating at all at what she was doing. I am very upset I paid $75 for this wax. The other part to this story is that she talked so much upon check out that she only charged me for the wax. I had to remind her to charge me for the product, & we did a separate transaction for it, since she forgot! So, I almost walked away with free product, due to her negligence, but I was honest. And yet I was unable to return the product that she forgot to charge me for, and she just stopped replying to me after I asked very nicely for a refund.
