Came here and was greeted by Tracy. Super friendly. We came here for 2 pedicures. We got seated right away. It was pretty dead when we got there at 12:00ish but I think everybody was just out and about. My friend recommended this place to me because it's a more popular place and well known in Stockton area. I got vivian who was super friendly and nice. We had small talk and I was thankful for her being in today! She took her time and was extra gentle and careful and kept asking me if I was good and etc. My boyfriend got Tracy and he said she was super nice friendly and kind. Overall this place looks like a hole in the wall on the outside but inside was super nice !! Their prices are affordable and the staff was pleasant. They have many services to choose from and they also had no smell inside. Some salons smell like acetone or nail polish remover but this place was super clean and kept! I'll be sure to come back here to this salon when I'm in Stockton. I'm from sac so this place definitely met my expectations. We got the 45$ pedicures and it was great! Thank you!! read more

I love this nail shop. I have been coming to this nail shop for years and everyone that works here is always so nice. QQ does my nails and she always does a wonderful job. She is so talented and can literally do any design you show her. My nails last a long time and she knows how to shape my nails to perfection. I am always in love with my sets when QQ does my nails. They have a lot of talented nail techs there. I also get my pedicures done here too and it is always such a relaxing experience. They have so many different luxury pedicures you can choose from. read more

What can I say? Tina is amazing. I didn't want to write a review until I knew how long my lashes would last. Got them done on December 22nd. I didn't start loosing them until around the 11th of January. Yes, i do know how to care for them . To tell the truth, I've never had lashes last this long. Do not come here if you are planning to get a mani and pedi with your child. They are not kid friendly at all despite them offering princess mani pedis!! I called in for an appointment for a kids mani and pedi as well as a acrylic set for me and a pedi. We arrived and let them know we had an appointment for a kids mani and pedi and my mani and pedi. They took us to the regular chairs and got started on our feet and asked my daughter which pedi did she want, and I told her its a kids pedi. She looked at me and said the kids pedi chair is over there and I said that's fine qe can move over there so she can get it done. They said no, she's too big for the kids chair and she wont fit and so I said so can she sit here then and get her kids pedi? They said no again, because my child cannot fit in a tiny chair, they are going to charge her full price. We argued about how discriminating that is and how they shouldn't charge a 11 year old full price just because she couldnt fit in a small chair. No where in the price book is there an age limit nor requirements for a princess pedi. Another girl from the front tried to intervene and told me not to get mad. I told her what she is doing is wrong. my daughter felt terrible about not fitting in a tiny chair and felt like she ruined the day all because of people's ignorance. read more

I've been coming here for years and I love this place. Great customer service! Q does my nails she's also the owner. Very quick and fast service. She's a sweet heart. I've been coming here for over a year now. At first it was great, I would go in show the design I wanted and it always came out perfectly and I would leave happy and content. The designs& manicures are still great quality. However, lately the customer service has gone downward. There's miscommunication happening somewhere within the staff. I had an appointment today and when I showed up 10 minutes early I was told the person I booked with didn't work today and was rudely told to just come back another day. When I told them I had an appointment and couldn't come back that day because I have a busy schedule she just stated again to just come back another day because nobody could help me. When I asked if someone else could do my nails I was told that nobody else there knew how to do acrylics and I let the lady know I'm wanting gel not acrylics and she then stated that nobody else there knows how to do gel nails which I think is ridiculous since it's a nail salon & I wasn't asking for anything crazy or special, just a regular gel manicure and pedicure which is what I booked for. This isn't the first time something like this has happened to me. I got my nails done a couple months back & noticed the polish was peeling after just a couple of days. When I called they told me to come back & they'll fix it. I scheduled an appointment to get them fixed and when I showed up for my appointment they told me the lady wasn't there & had no idea what I was talking about. I told them I scheduled an appointment to fix my nails & they had to call her to figure out what I was talking about. Finally after about 30-45 minutes, one of the other ladies fixed my nails. I'm very disappointed because this has been my go to spot since I moved out here and now I guess I have to find somewhere else since I'm no longer valued here. read more

This place cut my ingrowns without asking and now both of my toes are messed up. They have a stamp card but only if you pay with cash and I accumulated all of my stamps and got to my last one to use 20% off and this one as well you have to pay with cash and when I tried asking to use the stamp the lady in the front "q" I believe, was rude and talked to me like i'm dumb. Place is very cute . Everyone is very nice they do get really busy but as far as my experience they are good at atleast going in order as far as the walk ins . Do not expect every nail tech to be able to do designs only about 2 can do designs in the front two chairs. Does seem like they hired a 3rd but one of the techs said she came with clientele so good look getting her . I do appreciate the techs that cannot do designs are honest and don't attempt to but two techs for designs if your a consistent client you won't be at this salon they can't handle the rush with only two experienced techs & one of them is constantly not there they don't know his schedule if you are looking for basic design good spot read more

$65: removal of acrylic nails, & got short acrylic overlay. They had me move 3 times, same files & tools were used on multiple clients. I asked for a light pink with a chrome coat. I emphasized I did not want white ( that's what I came in with). I explained this to the first 2 men who were helping me. Ended up with white nails. My appt. time was at 12pm. Arrive at 11:55am. Service began at 12:21pm, I was paying at 1:43pm. Left unhappy with the lack of customer service and unsanitary place. read more

Came in today for my fill, I came in lady month a week and a half before Halloween. I had amazing grow out, my nails were lifting a little but held up very well to have been 4+ weeks since I got my set done! I uploaded a pic of my set before I got them done, they still all were intact just with minimal lifting! Love my new set! I got a basic gel #187. From shape to color I'm IN LOVE. This is my go to shop, I always make an appointment, but today I walked in, came in at opening, 5 mins early, already 5 other girls waiting outside. I've came here a few times for my pedicures and always have a pleasant time I absolutely love the jelly pedicure must try if you've never had one. I usually make an apt but sometimes like today I walked in and Tracy greeted me and helped me with my pedicure A1 customer service. First she asked me if I'd like a water on this warm day which was nice I usually get a mimosa but I don't like that they use sunny d as the juice with champagne . But I recommend Tracy because I loved how she did my pedicure she removed my ingrown skin on my big toe which not many know how to do and she did it without me having to ask and did it just perfectly! I came here on Saturday and had a great experience. I loved the design of my nails and I love the nail tech since she asked if I like it every step of the way. However after O started to notice a lot of imperfections. First on some of my nails the sides are filed down the point the lay of my nail bed is gone. Next the polish on one of nails is bubbling up. There is also hair and fuzz in so many of my nails. Things I did not notice at first. The lady put so much top coat on my nails that the 3d lines are now flat. She also did not cover my whole nail so some of my nails look matte and glossy at the same time. They are also sticky. I love the shape of nails but however these have to be my least favorite nails I have gotten. The acrylic on some of nails are even flooded into some of my cuticles. I wish I would've noticed all of this before paying. read more

The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.
