As soon as you walk in, you check in for your service at the kiosk. The store is very clean and everyone is super friendly. My nail technician, Seven, is truly amazing at nail design. My nail design came out even better than I imagined. I showed him a picture of the type of design I was looking for and he took that image and took it up a notch. Not only was he quick, but, other than the top coat, THERE IS NO POLISH ON NAILS! THIS DESIGN IS CREATED WITH COLOR AND GLITTER ACRYLIC AND RHINESTONES! I've been to this Salon twice before and all visits have been pleasant. I don't know if management or staff changed because the decor updated at each visit. However, it has been a year or two between each of my visits and that could be why. Anyways, I loved my Mani and Pedi experience today, which made me write this review. I called ahead for a Sunday walk-in service and upon arrival I was greeted at the door and was able to be accommodated right away. Everyone was friendly. It was very relaxing for me and my nail techs took good care and their time. I always get nervous about being cut from the drill from past experiences but, the Man who did my nails was gentle. The woman who did my Pedi was also awesome taking her time as well. I didn't get their names but, I will definitely continue business here in the future. This is the last time I'll go here. I got a pedicure and boy is my toes ugly! Tina nearly clipped off my dang pinky toe nail to the point there it is almost gone. Thank goodness I told her NO as she was clipping it away. Like what makes you think I don't want my dang pinky toe nail?! It's sooo tiny and short. There is no care to how your toes look when cutting and painting. I even got charged 54 instead of 45 for the pedicure. I even tipped $5 for the minimal effort. I went back and spoke to them about the charge. I was charged incorrectly but the owner said she will give me $4 back instead of $9 because I actually paid $59 but the actual cost was $45 plus $5 tip. I should have gotten $9 back but it seemed like the wanted the extra trip. Whatever, it's fine. All I know from my experiences, I am steering clear from here. read more

LOVE IT! From the service to the pricing. Would go back again and again. It's close to where I live. I was worried about the area but when I went in they tried really hard to make the atmosphere as relaxing as possible. Came in wanting my big toe nail painted because I jammed it in the wall and it was the closest nail salon. Rude customer service, they told me to go back to the place I got my pedicure, and when I told them this was the closest thing they then continued to say we don't even have the color. MY TOES ARE FUCKING PAINTED WHITE. Hence they didn't bother to look. So I think the *UGLY OLD LADY eating in the back didn't have a comeback so she sent a man out to do the toe nail. Only reason I'm giving this dirty place a 1 star is for Gin. IN RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW OF ME WANTING TO GO IN AND HAVE THEM FIX IT FOR FREE... I'm pretty sure I had my purse and card in hand. I was fortunate to get a same day appointment by calling in early. I was asked to wash my hands when I entered the salon (because of Covid). I went in for a pedicure and they had created moveable plexiglass (or something similar) stands to go between the technician and the customer. I appreciated that. It was a good experience. This is strictly for the two men. The older tall guy will charge you about $10 more. I've been coming here for a whole year and pay no more than $95 for gel many and pedi, mani with overlay, and every time I get him, it costs more. No notice either. I think he tips himself to be honest. The quality of his work will not last you past three weeks. He is super rude as well. I refuse to tip crappy work and shhiiity service. As for the short guy, I caught him making fun of my legs. I have a disability which makes it hard to grow muscle. I started coming here because I felt included, until this week. This was my first time coming here. I normally go somewhere else but it was a Sunday and they were closed. I came across nails & spa concepts on yelp loved the pictures I seen and prices. Came in as a walkin with clear understanding of a wait but my wait was only like 5-10 mins and then I was in a chair for my pedi. Tina did an awesome job. After my feet was done I went right into a chair for my nails. Jean did an awesome job. She was also a cool yet real person. We chopped it up about people not controlling their kids, about the life of a mother, about people driving skills and etc... I'm never going to this place ever again. The lady was nice but she did a horrible job. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel on my fingers. That's basically 50 dollars. It's not 20 or under its 50 so I'm expecting you to do a good job. You can't fail a mani pedi with gel right?Wrong! She left weird lumps and skipped a bunch of steps and was rushing. Didn't clean under my nails, left skin on my fingers, and the polish job was horrible. She left a bunch of polish on my fingers and I had to ask her to clean it again. Which she quickly used acetone after she already applied the oil for my cuticle. Guess what? There were still marks. I had to sit there and peel them off myself. Believe me, I had to clean them up myself to make them look decent for this picture. Do not go here ever again unless you know the nail technician personally. Update: So it's been two days and my nails are pealing. I was hoping this place could be a regular for me since I'm close by but nvm. I'm so annoyed that I wasted money on this place. read more

My new Mani/Pedi spa. This place is awesome. I had an appointment and was greeted and seen immediately upon entering. The staff is professional and friendly. I started with the Pearl Pedicure. If you have never had one go now. It is a 6 step process of relaxing foot care. My feet and legs are so soft. This is not your typical pedicure. This is absolutely amazing. It ended with a paraffin wax and hot stones. I now have gorgeous lilac toes. Where did this place come from? I actually don't want you to go so that I can always get in. Lol. After this wonderful Pedicure I had a Manicure that was the best mani I have ever received. My nails look amazing. I used color changing polish. My hands are super soft. Best day of pampering ever. If you did not have a good experience exam why? I found a Spa filled with lovely, wonderful, professional, friendly staff and I am a customer now for as long as they stay open. Called in the morning on July 4th, asking if they take walk-ins. The man said yes, so I rushed over in hopes to beat the crowd. I came in & theres 2-3 ladies getting pedicures and 1 getting a full set(?) The lady closest to the door asks what she can do for me. I tell her I just wanted a fill & she tells me the wait is about 15 minutes & to pick a color. I sit down for about 20-25 minutes until I'm seen, but what do you expect for a walk-in? My nails are pretty grown out (the natural nail under & the acrylic on top), but instead of making her take off my nails ($10) & putting a full set on ($20+), I just decided to get a fill ($15) for my long, coffin shaped nails & matte black paint. Christy did my nails & she was very sweet & talkative. It was super fast & I'm always scared to get cut when getting my nails done, but w/ Christy, I was relaxed. She knows what she's doing & she's very friendly. Overall, I give this place 4/5 stars due to the cleanliness. The towel she used under my hands was dirty/previously used (I could tell because there was red dust from filing a previous client's nails). The files/boards were dirty as well & the trash goes into this empty gallon labeled "soiled" (which was filled to the top). It was a cute little place, but I question their hygiene habits. read more

First off I came another time I go to lots of different salons and this is the first salon I came to that got utensils that's in a sealed wrap. Tina is amazing, I came here another time for a pedicure someone else did my toes it was good but not great like Tina! She really knows how to make my toes pretty. She took the time to shape and clean them. The basic pedicures comes with massages as well, and they put this scrub on you which feels good. They also I have different pedicures To choose from but I just with the basic. I might try the other ones later. As you can see they came out really good. I will keep coming back. read more

We were five minutes late and when we arrived she immediately asked if I had called earlier. I said yes, and she said it's going to be a thirty minute late or more. All I have to say is that, I literally love this place. I won't go anywhere else in Stockton since I've moved here. They make you feel at home and they're always considerate of what you want. There was one incident coming here, and I don't quite remember who my nail tech was, but I really was upset that I didn't like my nails, but I didn't wanna say anything because I know how much time it takes to do so. but my boyfriend made me say something and she told me "I'm glad you told me because if you didn't I wouldn't know! I want you to leave loving your nails." So I really do appreciate that they were very accommodating. They are very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I usually go to Jean. She's the sweetest! Heck I am most of the pictures on her yelp but unfortunately, our time has come to an end. Jean is a great nail tech, ill give her that but her customer service has decreased due to overwhelming demand. I drive from hours away to get my nails done and getting treated poorly as of the recent months and have heard multiple times "i dont have time for that" when i want a specific set or design. Sad to say but I will not be returning after today's episode, i told Jean i would be coming in and upon arrival she was STARTING another womans hands. not to mention i have an event today so now i dont have my nails done and Jean simply says "Family pictures, how nice" .. This is literally the best salon I've ever been to. Jean is the best nail tech I have EVER been to. I leave here feeling gorgeous with the PERFECT set of nails every single time. I removed to Sacramento last year and have tried numerous places.. none of them compare. I have now made the decision to drive to Stockton every month just to see jean and get my nails done.
