I would ask Meijer to do a survey on the percentage of people that are seniors and see if that is what is best for their customer as well as their speaker letting people in the store hear what you are saying. Secondly, I asked a pharmacist for advice on an eye drop and her response was unprofessional to say the least. Lastly, the cost. I am now paying $20 and $30 for the same drug that I paid $1.44 in Dec. The retail price, the dosage. the number of pills, and insurance are all the same. When I ask, they have no response. Also, I have a couple discount cards as well as my insurance and my last Meijer would always check and give me the best price. I continually have to ask them. I have been notified to pick up my scripts, and they are not complete. Extremely frustrated. The difference from when they first opened to the last 8 months is awful. I am Checking into the CVS across the street.

I placed my items on the counter for her to ring them up and after giving me my total and me giving her my card I realized she had missed something. I pointed it out to her and she said oh she forgot that. No big deal. I then was on my way out the door and she asked me for my receipt because she forgot to clear it out. What ever that meant. So, I had to bring her my receipt. All the time I am very calm and no attitude at all. She says sorry. I say no problem, but can I get an itemized receipt. This is when things go all wrong. She says this is one. I say oh well I couldn't tell because the receipt was so faint. She says that's why I asked for your receipt to make it better and then she rolls her eyes and raises her voice. I said well what you said and what I said are not the same thing, so all I'm doing is asking you a question. So I proceed to tell the manager and he gets very quiet. So , I say " I thought that you may want to know what kind of customer service your customers are receiving. Again nothing but silence and then he says I'll talk to her. Okay. Well I hope that talk was about how you lost a customer for life. Every time I go I the store it is always about $100.00 spent. It's bad enough to be followed around the store the entire time that I'm shopping. All black people don't steal. Awful experience. So many other great choices in the area. Located right on 8 Mile Road next to one of the best Jamaican places in town.
