    I have come to this location several times to get my hair cut and I really love how simple and easy…read moreit is. There isn't much of a wait and the staff are very friendly. The stylists always do a good job and the cost is very fair. I am not a huge makeup girly. I do love the sol de janeir, eos, and tree hut section. Overall though, I don't really buy any makeup. We did come in today to ask a specific question for a friend. The staff was super nice about it and very helpful. She even tested the product and provided a sample. She even told us we could buy it cheaper next week as it will be on sale for 25% off which was so nice of her to do. I thought that was super awesome. She could have pushed a sale and instead offered a small sample so that she can try it at home.

I was naturally in this area shopping at a few other stores. This store is located in the Chesterfield Waterside Mall by Bed Bath and Beyond (next door). I received a flyer magazine in the mail which helped me know what was on sale, and to make my quick purchase. Buy 2 and Get 1 Free. My purchase = 2 L'oreal Volume Superstar Primer+ Extended Black Mascara which were on sale even more when I walked in the store. So instead of $10.99, my price was $6.90. MY EYES LIT UP to see the sale sign besides. My free item = 4 ounce bottle of L'oreal Infallible Pro Max extended makeup set spray A big smile on my face when checking out! Cashier "Tatiana" was very pleasant to chat with me and signed me up for my rewards, that I was given my choice of a "free lipstick". I left this location a very happy, pleased and satisfied customer. My eyes show it !! :)

    Placed an online order like I always do, my order was being delivered via DoorDash (website does…read morenot say which third party will be delivering it) doordash returned my order after Sally beauty told them doordash driver must call me. (DoorDash driver confirmed this) I never set these preferences as I ordered through the Sally app not doordash So I would have no way of knowing who or which third part entity would be delivering it. The first call I made the sales associate wouldn't even look at my order, told me she didn't know what to do and wanted to wait for the manager. Then the "manager" tried to place blame on DoorDash and was not willing to look into what happened. Claimed refund was being done through door dash and I need to take it up with them. Corporate confirmed this is incorrect, and while on the line switched over to check the status of my order and come to find out the "manager" didn't even put the refund in yet. (The order said completed in my app) if you are a manger and cannot be competent enough to know your stores online policies and how third parties delivering works then you have no business being in charge to handle conflict resolution Let alone customer service. To tell a customer you don't know and to take it up with a third party company who is also saying it was Sally beauty who dropped the ball is unacceptable. I've ordered from this location many times and have never encountered such a rude clueless individual who would rather give false information then do her job. I will be following up with corporate to make sure no one else has to experience the displeasure I had to endure. Luckily customer service was very helpful and agreed that this should not have happened And did try to make it right.
