I'm so happy with how my lashes turned out! One minor thing that didn't bother me but could potentially bother others is that some of the treatment rooms have windows that see into a hallway of the main building. The windows are darkened but they're not private so someone walking into the building can see you while you're on your appointment. This didn't bother me during the appointment but if privacy is important to you then maybe look into a different salon.

I canceled the appointment more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, and the business confirmed this. Instead of releasing the hold to my credit card, she charged me $100 dollars. During my interaction with the business, they did not mention anything of a non-refundable charge until I inquired about the unauthorized charge on my credit card. I have now filed a claim with my credit card company and submitted proof with screenshots that the appointment confirmation outlined the cancellation policy and proof that I followed the policy! They have opened an investigation and credited my money back! This would have been the first time using this business, and this is not how we treat customers. I would understand the charge if I had been a "no show" or last-minute cancellation, but this was not the case! Do not use his business. They are crooks!
