I originally wanted to get multiple piercings in one day, but instead of just making the sale, she explained why it would be better to wait so my body could heal properly. That level of honesty and care says a lot about the shop and their commitment to their clients. The vibe from the moment we walked in was so calming, welcoming, and amazing. The shop is nice and spacious, and the biggest thing for me- is clean!!!! I am a bit of a germaphobe and I felt very at ease. I was a tad nervous and shaky, and Dani (as said in the reviews that I had seen) did a very good job of making me feel comfortable and even further easing my anxiety. I walked in wanting just the one and was quoted $60, so I figured both would be $120.... Nope! After the first one (4-5/10 pain) she (Dani) said to me "you're sure you don't wanna do the 2nd one?" And I said "so that'll be $120?" "Nope, just the $60" I said "say less" (2nd did hurt more which I was expecting; 5-6/10 pain)... Walked out with both and couldn't be happier! More for the vibe, I went back to the front when I was done to show the girls working up there, they were all so awesome! So girlhood! (The men were also very nice, one overheard me saying I was nervous and gave me a stress ball) In addition to the amazing pricing of the actual piercings (jewelry included, both nipples for $60), I thought that the aftercare products available for purchase were also very reasonably priced. I bought 2 products and my total was $74.87. (And I did give 6 $1s as a tip bc it's all the cash I had ((bc the shop accepts Apple Pay)) and Dani wouldn't take more and didn't make me feel bad for not having more cash on hand to give her, which I appreciated) I really have no complaints about my experience- 10/10 would recommend! She sliced my skin! My brother's ex wife's sister got a facial and Miss Duprey left scars on her face I am very disappointed. When she was doing my facial she cut me again and had asked me to hold a napkin over my wound as she continued. Skins clean. But I wish the experience was better :( We also wanted to get our nails done but she said that all she could do was clear with a trim. No jell. No almonds. Like what!? We just left without paying. Didn't even want her to touch my nails!

The other eye looks great. Today I call to see if I can come in to get some additional lashes placed in the bare spots and was told they are too busy to help me until after the Christmas holidays. For that amount of money I would expect better customer service. It's a beautiful salon, clean and well decorated. It wasn't relaxing at all, another cosmetician came in twice to talk loudly to the lady working on me. Not professional. Update. Just after this post she calls me back and says to come in....... she will see me IF I can get there before 7:20pm.

I was pretty nervous about the appointment (didn't realize how uncomfortable I'd be having my eyes closed for so long) but the aesthetician, Paige, was so lovely and great to talk to. I'm so happy with how my lashes turned out! One minor thing that didn't bother me but could potentially bother others is that some of the treatment rooms have windows that see into a hallway of the main building. The windows are darkened but they're not private so someone walking into the building can see you while you're on your appointment. This didn't bother me during the appointment but if privacy is important to you then maybe look into a different salon.

I was asked to put a credit card on file to HOLD the appointment. I received an appointment confirmation confirming the appointment and outlining their cancellation policy of 48 hours in advance. I canceled the appointment more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, and the business confirmed this. Instead of releasing the hold to my credit card, she charged me $100 dollars. During my interaction with the business, they did not mention anything of a non-refundable charge until I inquired about the unauthorized charge on my credit card. I have now filed a claim with my credit card company and submitted proof with screenshots that the appointment confirmation outlined the cancellation policy and proof that I followed the policy! They have opened an investigation and credited my money back! This would have been the first time using this business, and this is not how we treat customers. I would understand the charge if I had been a "no show" or last-minute cancellation, but this was not the case! Do not use his business. They are crooks!
