This salon allows unlicensed technicians to perform services. A high school student performed services with a poor outcome. Do not spend your money at this salon. No state board licenses were posted. The technician is proud she is still in high school performing a full set. The owner is her Mom and allows her daughter to perform unlicensed services. This is ILLEGAL! To get a license in the state of Texas, you have to complete 600 hours and take the state board exam. A 18 year old still in high school is not eligible to do this. Go somewhere else! read more

I booked an appointment for some acrylic nails and I knew the starting price would be $35-40. I showed them a picture of what I wanted but when I looked for the colors they didn't have them. so I changed the colors and when she began working on my nails I noticed she DIDNT fix my cuticles! what! eventual we got to the design and they were supposed to be some wavy lines, just 4 of them. the lines came out uneven with color and not perfect. once she finished I notice the shape of them arent uniformed. FINALLY, the price. for just some short coffin shaped acrylics with 4 thin lines of paint, it can put to $80!!! i couldn't believe it! the lady herself was a bit rude and just the overall experience was not pleasant. i would NOT recommend! read more

Same name, new management. Although the "technician" was friendly I am more than sure she is not certified. She seemed very young. The treatment was very basic and not thorough. My nails were painted well, but the pedicure leading up to it was something you would get from a friend at a slumber party. Very disappointing! I will give it another try, and I hope to get a more experienced technician. So far, a bust! I miss the old owners and their expertise. read more

I have been going here for about 10 months and had been very happy with my nails. The last few times I have been in to get my nails done and a pedicure I want as satisfied. I felt they rushed to be done to help other customers instead of doing a good job. This last time was the final straw. I had an appointment for a fill and pedicure. I got burned! I'm from out of town and I went in for "the works head to toe. My nails were done AMAZING Kha I believe was my tech's name his service was amazing I truly wish I could pack him up and take him home with me. However when I was taken back to get my eyebrows waxed the lady did not properly cool the wax before applying it to my skin so yes I WAS BURNED and she blamed on me having sensitive skin something I DO NOT HAVE. I am a religious in getting waxed I couldn't believe her nerve as she constantly interrogated me about my skin and sleep patterns. I was confused I'm almost certain I came to get nails and a wax not a physical! Needless to say I will not recommend this place for a wax (sn they added another young lady in my already cramped room so you could imagine) before I left I didn't notice the burn it was not until after I got home in good lighting! But despite the burns the salon was very clean, professional, great environment and minimal wait time. I would recommend the manicure pedicure services! I love this place! The staff was friendly offering drinks, and were accommodating! The person that did my nails was so sweet and took his time. The ambiance is very relaxing and calming, and the space is also really clean and spacious. I did a gel manicure and nails looked great for weeks which is really nice because I was on vacation for 2 weeks. I came back from vacation and my nails still looked great. read more

Tried this place out for waxing since my usual girl (of 15+ yrs) at another salon was on vacation...I absolutely LOVED it! She arched them perfectly, left me without red splotches & was super nice! My daughter also had hers done and they came out beautiful! They are super affordable and in a great location with nice & friendly staff. I had been debating on finding somewhere new since my usual girl only works weekends & the shop she works at has slowly gone downhill...Looks like I'll be making a change permanently! I got my nails done here on a Sunday and now on a Thursday I have 2 broken nails and all of the nail strips have peeled-every single one. On top of the poor job that was done I was overcharged. I normally pay $25 (including tip) at my regular place that I love, but decided to try somewhere new since they are always packed to the gills (now I know why).
