I use their photo lab very regularly and am always pleased. I was inspired to write this review based on the terrible ones that I saw and realized some of the most Dissatisfied customers left the reviews over seven years ago. While I don't disagree that based on those experiences I also wouldn't have very nice things to say I also think that snap shots in time aren't a perfect representation of all experiences.
