The associates are always inviting, nice, and friendly and are always willing to answer questions or help with anything, which is a nice touch. The prices are just like any other Sephora, pretty high but you know that before going into the store. the only bad thing about this particular store is that its not considered a full-blown Sephora store, so they don't get in some items that the other Sephora stores get in and some coupons and deals can't be used there. Other than that, the store is always organized and clean and the employees are always friendly.

The ladies were all very nice and we found Nicki H. to be extremely helpful; not just with helping us find what we were looking for, but by explaining the differences of the products to us. I was considering purchasing an expensive shampoo and conditioner but Nicki assured me the one I am currently using is just as good, that I didn't need to spend the additional money replacing it. I found her honesty to be rare and refreshing, and would much rather spend my money at a store that listens to their customers needs and provides such great service, unlike the unpleasant experiences I have had at the Ulta's of the world.
