I use their photo lab very regularly and am always pleased. I was inspired to write this review based on the terrible ones that I saw and realized some of the most Dissatisfied customers left the reviews over seven years ago. While I don't disagree that based on those experiences I also wouldn't have very nice things to say I also think that snap shots in time aren't a perfect representation of all experiences. I've witnessed employees assaulted by coworkers who remained employed afterward. I've witnessed stores left with a single employee to run the floor, even though robberies and emergencies happen. You claim theft is hurting your business, yet I've watched used makeup accepted for return. I've watched open food refunded. I've watched broken jewelry refunded after a customer admitted she wore it until it broke. At the same time, food that is still safe to eat is pulled from shelves and thrown into the dumpster instead of being donated to people who need it. Then there are the hours. Hiring someone as "full-time" means nothing if they're scheduled 12 hours a week. People can't pay rent, buy groceries, afford medications, or support their families on promises. Many Walgreens employees work two or three jobs just to survive. Your employees deserve safe workplaces. They deserve adequate staffing. They deserve consistent hours.
