I said I was looking for hair nets and a woman on the phone appeared pointing to a shelf. "If we have them they're here!" She then returned to the back of the store, still on the phone. Couldn't find what I was looking for so I pulled up the product page on my phone for an item number, thinking maybe she could look it up and let me know if it was in stock or if another location had it. I wandered the store till she reappeared, still on the phone and a group of teens had entered the store. She went to the front looking frazzled but didn't greet them, now getting frustrated with the phone call. I looked her way and said "Sorry I have a question...." to which she waved me off and returned to the back of the store. I left, tired of being ignored. I ordered a store pick up from their Jonestown location and went to get lunch. Got an email within an hour the item was ready at the Jonestown store.
