I went to pick up perfume but as you can see, I bought all these little goodies below. I spent over $100 but ended up getting a $10 off due to having points and one of the items was a free sample for foundation. Had to restock my must-haves and also try a few new items. Usually I order online, but decided to visit my local Sephora instead. Customer service was great....BUT...honestly, I was surprised at how dusty the displays in the store were. Like literal dust that you could wipe with your finger. Granted, the actual products inside the drawers were dirty, but I would think for a display they would be wiped down on a regular basis. I was also bummed that there weren't many samples at the checkout, but, oh well. Like I said, service was great, I found everything I needed...this location just needs a good cleaning is all. I wouldn't complain had this been my first experience of basically the same behavior by employees. I actually feel it's the managers responsibilities these incidents occurred. The first time in I was being helped by someone who was being very helpful & then all the sudden she disappeared & when I asked about where they went they were indifferent towards me. It's been several months since that visit & a very nice woman was helping me & in the middle of the conversation she was told, via her headphones, that she had to go to lunch. I see where there priorities lie. Again, I think it's the management's responsibility to allow their employees to help finish their shopping. It truly left a bad taste in my mouth. I really do prefer Ulta but Sephora was more convenient at the time. Here's to hoping management reading reviews & hopefully making some changes. read more

I used to love this location - little to no lines, never crowded, cleanliness, etc. However, I will no longer visit this location due to racial profiling. Yesterday, Wednesday, March 16th, I went into the store with my best friend, who is black. She wanted to look at skincare products and perfume that she would want to buy on payday, at the end of the week. I asked the cashier if there were only Fenty Beauty skincare on the end of an isle or if there were some in a different spot. She informed me that was the only spot she could think of, which is fine. She didn't have an attitude, she was nice, and that was that. But then I went back to my friend who was standing next to the Fenty Beauty skincare and told her what I was told. No problem. We started to walk around because she was curious about other skincare products. She approached us yet another 3-4 times within 15 minutes to make sure we were still doing okay. I've worked customer service before and I get that it's her job, still thought it was a little weird she kept coming up to us. We finally get to the perfume section and she is standing at the cashier station, but she turns and looks at us. Then shortly after she goes to this corner of the room, less than 5 feet away from us, and just stands there. I get that it's their job to make sure nothing happens but Jesus Christ she made it so obvious. A few minutes later and she walks to the cashier stand once again, looks at us, whispers to another cashier, and then that girl went to the same spot as the original girl did, and does the same thing. Now I do admit that we took a little while to smell the perfumes, but how are you supposed to know what perfumes you like/want to buy if you don't smell them?? We noticed the girls do this and my best friend says "okay I'm ready to go." So we leave and the girls notice, and say with a snarky, sarcastic tone "thanks for coming" or something along those lines - I only remember how rude it sounded. As soon as we get outside the door, I asked her if she felt as awkward and weird as I did from being watched that heavily. She reassured me I'm not the only one who felt/saw it and she said she doesn't want to go back either. It's ridiculous that my best friend had to experience this even in 2022. It's even more ridiculous when I've been here at least 5 times - never having a single issue - yet the one time I come with my black friend she's being watched like a hawk. Shame on you, Sephora. I will be posting this review anywhere that I can because the people have a right to know which businesses allow this kind of behavior to happen. read more

Simon was super helpful and sweet, attentive and recommended some awesome products he thought would look good on my skin tone, and I ended up purchasing because I loved how they turned out on me! I've always had a great experience shopping at Sephora. Staff have always been kind, helpful, and approachable. This location has some amazing staff member's and there is always someone to provide support when needed. There is however, one individual who time and time again makes me feel uncomfortable. This individual walks past costumers as if too high and mighty to greet them, even when wearing a mask the cold stare they provide is unwelcoming, they carry themselves with a I can't be bothered attitude. I'd rather shop at a different location than to continue having my personal shopping getaway soured by someone with such bad vibes. read more

I find myself becoming a cologne guy as I get older. Sephora was recommended to me as a company and this location is the closest one to my house. It's next to a Target in a huge shopping center so there's plenty of parking. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and pleasantries. When I asked for the location of the men's cologne they walked me there. Whereas most places would just point a direction. I appreciated the extra mile they took to make sure I landed in the right place because honestly, everything looks the same in Sephora when you're visiting for the first time. I wish I captured her name because she was extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing 2 bottles of colognes for the first time since high school. They had them in stock and since then I've been using the discounts that I found online. However, if I ever wanna smell it this is the place to go. Customer service here was excellent and they made sure I was aware of the discounts and benefits of using the app before I left. read more

Well, I decided to do a quick run into the store to confirm some shades & scents before I completed my online shopping. Cayla helped me narrow down some foundation colors & what a blessing she was as my color choices were way off! She was very sweet, patient & accommodating to say the least. Sephora is one of my most favorite places to shop for beauty products and healthcare. Unfortunately it takes one employee to ruin that excitement and my general experience to that store. I came in to ask about any upcoming positions. The blond girl didn't acknowledge me at all...didn't greet me. I constantly buy products so even if I didn't come in asking for a job I should have still been acknowledged after 10 minutes of standing there. Another girl approached me and was very helpful and asked for the manager for me...I'm sure I looked awkward waiting on someone to talk to me. When the Manager came he rushed me out...not really asking me any information about my experience or suggesting to come back in a few months. It was really weird. As I walked out the blond girl was whispering and looking at me. I'm always open to hear what anyone has to say but not greeting me and gossiping after the fact sets the wrong tone.
