Absolutely NO...DO NOT USE THIS SHOP HIDDEN COST due to regular length, poorly filled and poorly shaped and poor service & old polish was used. I couldn't leave because they had already taken so much time until other shops were closed. This place has nice decor.. But not worth the hidden cost and extra fees for normal length nails. The nail tech was arrogant and slow and rude. Her work was poor and it took over a hour for me to get the horrible nails below. She should be fired or replaced. read more

I wanted to leave a nice review, but I'm not coming back after this mess. I got my nails done here a couple of weeks ago and they looked great at first. I booked a 4:30 with a tech and showed up on time. But I was just left sitting with no word. Everyone after me got drinks and a tech, but my girl wasn't even ready. After about 25 minutes I told the receptionist I didn't want to wait and just wanted to be seen. She said it'd be 5 more minutes. That turned into a 45-minute wait, and I ended up leaving. So frustrating to make an appointment and still get stuck waiting. Honestly, super disappointed. If you can't keep appointments, just go somewhere else. HORRIBLE read more

I used to really like this location but it's changing. The last two times I went the pedicure was not as well as I usually expect it. I don't know all these different types of polish. I picked pink color and didn't know it was a gel polish and the nail technician didn't tell me nothing until she finished and told me the additional price. Then yesterday when I went the nail technician removed the gel polish from my feet and told me after she took it off there will be a $5 charge. She also kept telling me I should do the higher version of pedicure. I know when I can afford the higher version not this time. I'm going to find me a new nail spa. read more

Surprisingly disappointed. The customer service was decent and there was only a few minute wait. Shop was very clean. However after being seated for my pedicure I was offered a beverage that never actually came. My pedicure was done by Kimmy who did a really good job with my massage and all the services that came with it. Towards the end of my pedicure she stopped to massage my shoulders and neck and another lady came to do my polish. I had already told kimmy the color and design I wanted. The lady polished my toes in 3 minutes and was about to put my shoes on when I reminded them I wanted a design. She left and returned with what seemed like an attitude and I explained I wanted a red heart. Before I could pull up my picture she proceeds to do whatever she thought I wanted. After she asked if I liked it I asked to have one of the hearts removed because I just wanted one small one so she did. I left in a rush because of other plans. The owner is especially rude. Kim has been nice and did a great job previously, but she was rude today. Plus, they think that you don't realize when they're talking about you while you're there because they're speaking another language. People can read expressions and eyes. I'm very impressed with my service from Tiffany, this is my third time coming to this salon and I've had a different person every time. The other two did well, but Tiffany has been the only one who has done exactly what I want with both shaping, and design. I have larger nail beds and always request a short tapered square and she did amazing making my nails look narrow and not wide. She was very vocal about knowing my preference and if anything didn't look right to her or me she was quick to fix it. She is very detail oriented and was very gentle with my hands and cuticles. She is also extremely nice and didnt give me attitude or make me feel bad for expressing anything I wanted different or fixed. Here is my inspiration picture, and what I left with. I came to Bellagio as it was by my office. And being new to this area, I requested a technician with experience. I let her know what I wanted, showed her pictures and my wedding is in a few days. Not only did she not do what I asked for, the staff was not apologetic. My nails were so uneven. The shape was completely wrong. All different shapes The nail technician would not let me leave after I told her I needed to get back to work. I repeated myself several times stating that I want to pay for the service and leave. I've been coming here for a few weeks now and I'll say it can be hit or miss on quality of nails BUT the service is always good. They greet me every time I come in, offer me something to drink, and make sure they know what I want. When I say the quality of nails are hit or miss, I do mean it. It was a spur of the moment idea on Sunday to get a pedicure and after a few misses, we landed at Bellagio. Boy am I glad we did. We arrived to find a busy establishment with clients waiting. Bellagio prefers to work from appointments but agreed to seat us as walk-ins if we didn't mind a bit of a wait. We agreed and were set up immediately. We both ordered Hawaiian pedicures with oranges. In a few short minutes our technicians arrived and began to work. Rosa took care of me and I will look to make appointments with her in the future. She worked magic on my ticklish feet and when she heard I hurt my knee, threw in some extra massage time to lessen the pain. I walked out without limping! She is beyond good. MK was equally pleased with Cindy who did a magnificent job painting her toes. Great place but make an appointment! read more

I came in at 6pm on a Tuesday and they close at 7pm. TJ did my pedicure and did a great job! He was thorough with the callous removal and massage. His paint job was great as well. But I guess he didn't want to stay past 7, so someone else ended up doing my shellac polish change last minute. The gentleman who did the shellac polish change on my hands wasn't as great at painting. There are several spots where it was left on my skin but he didn't seem too happy to have to help out last minute so I left it alone. They do offer discounts for certain days of the week. Senior discount is Monday, Student discount is Tuesday, etc. They do offer complimentary drinks also, but I didn't realize until I sat near the checkout and saw glasses & drinks, as I wasn't offered one during my visit. There were still several women getting manicures past 7pm, so it stinks mine was a little rushed just because it was shellac and easy to get done quick. Maybe I'll try this shop again at an earlier time during the day, when I know people aren't going to be rushing to get home instead of providing great service. The physical atmosphere itself was great. It smelled pleasant, looked clean, and had soothing music playing in the background. Overall I'd give this place a 6-7/10. And this place refuses to do regular nail polish and always up sell you in Shlack or gel for $12-14 more every time and when I put my foot down for regular the man refused and told me I would have to wait! This was my first time in the area and I needed to try a nail place close by. I wanted to just get a shellac manicure until my nails grew out a little bit more. Simple you would think! He's gone. Another lady comes, glances at my paper, guides me to the table. It is now 4:15. No one came to even have me soak my nails off or anything to start. I stopped into this place early in the afternoon because the parking lot had plenty of available spots, so I thought it would not be too busy. THIS PLACE IS HUGE (30 pedicure seats) and it was busy! When I walked in, two people greeted me, but they were not super helpful. I asked for a menu with descriptions of the services on offer. They give you a form to fill out with boxes to check, but there are no descriptions or prices. I was seated in a pedicure chair almost immediately. Then a sat there for more than half an hour just waiting for someone to come. They didn't remember who was first, etc. so I kept getting passed by. Finally a manicurist named Annie came to start my manicure. She finished the entire manicure and I was STILL waiting for a pedicure! After about an hour, someone finally came to do the pedi. Only talked to ask me to upgrade to shallac polish. Annie was great, very chatty and sweet. The pedicure person was clearly overworked and not happy to be there. The person checking out also seemed like I was a burden. Worst of all, getting out of the parking lot is a ZOO!!! Altogether I spent more than 2 hours getting a mani pedi and getting back on the road. If you go here, DO NOT GO ON FRIDAY OR THE WEEKEND. "So we just sittin in a chair with no water?" stated a customer a few chairs from me. Funny thing is, she said what I was thinking. That's the start of my experience at Bellagio. I came in curious about this place since its conception. Missed the Grand Opening, so was hoping there were some discounts still going on at this point before the new year. Ummm No, but for a name like Bellagio, youd expect a spectacular ambience and this place does deliver that-- with a price tag of course! You wouldnt think that the space would be so big inside from the outside, but I was for sure fooled. There are plenty of pictures posted already to prove that point, so I didn't bother taking any. Prices may be a turn off to some, but hey, I'm on a budget and I won't go and spend money I don't have just to save face. Saying all that, I would rather have prices posted on the wall versus in a book that by the way, was covered up with nail samples. I digress for now and enjoy this massage chair for some extra time since as I stated before my feet as well as two other patrons were just waiting for services in an empty bowl. I've had plenty times when it was busy that I was placed in a chair and soaked for some extra time which actually benefited later when I received my services. I will not tell anyone how to run their business, but if I was really in a rush or made an appointment, I could easily still leave at this point, but have no where to run to this evening, so I stayed put. Standard service really. For the basic $28 pedi, I received a cut down, cuticle trim, a scrub and exfoliation, massage, hot towel wipe...not wrap and of course a stellar paint job. I wasnt bothered while I had my pedi which today I wasnt in the mood for chit chat so I appreciated that, but for the price and knowing that Nails of America across the way does a little more for the same price, it's just okay. And okay would have been actually better than okay if the waittime I was shared was accurrate. I was told 15-20 minutes. I actually didnt get waited on until 30 to 40 minutes after sitting in the chair. I dont know...maybr they're still working put the kinks of the business, but to charge regular prices and still run around like you dont know what to do...I will have to pass next time.
