While the technical work may have been acceptable, the overall interaction felt impersonal and lacked the attentiveness and care that make clients feel welcome and valued. When someone chooses a stylist based on a trusted recommendation, customer service becomes just as important as the haircut itself. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and reinforces how important communication, warmth, and professionalism are to the client experience.
