I went in with positive expectations, but unfortunately the visit did not meet the level of service I was hoping for. While the technical work may have been acceptable, the overall interaction felt impersonal and lacked the attentiveness and care that make clients feel welcome and valued. When someone chooses a stylist based on a trusted recommendation, customer service becomes just as important as the haircut itself. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and reinforces how important communication, warmth, and professionalism are to the client experience.
