This place is amazing and a hidden gem. I've come by a couple times in the past few months and I love the inventory they carry. All the brands, polishes, charms, and necessities. There are plenty of options and all for a pretty decent price. It can be very easy to drop a couple 100$ a visit. One thing I didn't like too much was the fact that anyone was going in and also bragging about it on social media. Nail students I don't mind but when the place is full of the random public it makes less desirable and specialty imo. read more

Um, what place are these people reviewing??? Because this isn't the place that I visit 2 sometimes 3 times a week. I love this place ! There's nothing that I need as a tech that I can't find here.. I always shop at ease here, they pretty much just say hello at the door and leave you to shop and look around for as long as you can stand. I'm sometimes there for up to a hour, just picking polishe colors, and colored acrylics etc. If i've ever had a question, they've always been eager to assist me... After posting my review I received this email accusing me of jumping to conclusions. After a phone call and two emails only to receive a curt response telling me I could send it back if I wanted a replacement, I don't believe I jumped to any conclusions here. Good customer service would have entailed an apology for the broken polish and inconvenience, along with proper instructions for receiving a replacement or refund. read more

They have a wide range of products with al the colors and sizes you will need. My problem with the store was the customer service. When I asked for help , everyone kept passing me to the next associate or acted like they didn't want to help. Unfortunately, we they saw me roaming around for a while , they would send someone over to me to "keep an eye on me". Very short and rude with customers who were not me as well. Ah, another e-tailer in GA! This is also another go-to place for me when my local nail polish retailers aren't stocking the stuff I want RIGHT NOW. According to their site, they've got a showroom and if I am ever in GA, I will definitely be going there. Trans Design usually comes in 5th in my repertoire only because I find that a) it's cheaper to shop locally and b) Victoria Nails is slightly cheaper in their polishes. At times it's 20 cents cheaper and sometimes 25 cents cheaper, but when you're ordering 12+ polishes and you factor in shipping that's usually $12-$15, you find that those mere cents add up. What they're pretty speedy about is shipping - they will literally have your orders shipped by the next business day.... Give them a shot - their website is a bit better organized than some other places and they carry brands that other e-tailers don't have. Definitely one of the places I like to go to. read more

Very shady business practices and horrific customer service. I was recently billed twice for the same order, and received two of the exact same order. Also, looking at the time stamps on the order slips, they were about 20 hours apart, so this wasn't a case of me accidentally double-clicking either. I politely contacted them about sending the duplicate order back, and they refused to take it back at first and then finally said they would take it back but that I am responsible for the return shipping because I placed the orders. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again. read more
