I went to Sephora specifically for Fenty skin care products. I was warmly welcomed by the lovely Graciela, who was very sweet and helpful. My goal was to get the tinted moisturizer I heard people raving about. Graciela helped match my color and I was instantly in love. My issue with this Sephora is they didn't have the rest of the skincare line in stock. They should have the staples always in stock. Inventory management is so important, especially in this location. So, although the store was clean and well lighted, I wasn't able to get everything I wanted before my trip. Fenty is on the pricier side, and they missed out on at least an additional $100 by being out of stock. My advice, go see Graciela but check their inventory online before you make the trip to the store. read more

Rude employees! We were in there and asked an employee if we could try a color lipstick tester and she proceeded to tell that we can go ahead and try on. She said that all we needed to do was get a paper towel and wipe it. She never offered to sanitize it or anything, which I thought was not called for. This store location and manager needs to train their employees on customer service and cleanliness. read more

I absolutely love this location and will always drive a few extra miles to come here instead of Millenia. Although it's it a touristy part of town, it's never too crowded. The employees are always friendly and attentive. On this visit Aiden was helping me as I was looking for some new products. He was super insightful and I was able to buy what I needed. That's another thing that makes this my favorite location, and hey have always had the products that I want in stock. Worth the drive every time. read more

I was browsing and walking through each aisle for around 20 minutes or so looking for eyeshadow and mascara and noticed how sloppy and dirty this store is. I guess it's hard to dust shelves or clean spills on the floor during their down time, but they have time to chat with one another. There were at least 3 associates that walked by me like I was invisible. No greeting at all. Unclean store and bad customer service reflects on management. read more

We were in the area shopping and found this newly opened location. The staff were amazing. I was greeted warmly upon entering. I was offered hand sanitizer and there were masks available if you didn't have one already. Everything was super clean and well stocked. I was impressed with the layout of this location. It was smaller than some others, but had great aisles and a perfect selection. The touch less system is a bit hard to get used to. Many people were grabbing items and trying them. The staff was available to help by putting a sample on a cotton sponge to try. I felt very safe by this practice. I enjoyed the relaxed pace and friendly service. I got a lot of great recommendations and I won a gift card on the scratch off card I received upon entering! read more

Not my favorite Sephora in the greater Orlando area. My beauty blender skin tint isn't sold at the Disney Springs location (which, though constantly packed, is always well stocked and staffed with knowledgable & friendly associates), so I stopped here because it said they had my shades available in store. They did not. Service was pushy and constant; the store was dead so the 10+ associates were pacing with nothing to do. An associate used the skin match software to select a shade for me. She put two on my face, and tried to convince me to go with the darker, warmer shade. I'm pale, with cold undertones, so I knew it wasn't the right color. When I checked the shelves to get the right color, I noticed that it wasn't even in stock. They only had the shade that she was trying to push onto me. Check out was quick and efficient. I was promptly told "no," when I inquired about any available 100/200/500 point rewards. Apart from having *nothing* I needed, the store is clean, spacious, & has a lot of brands. read more

I just went to my local sephora and got racially profiled. I was being followed around the store by different associates, which made me really uncomfortable. As a brown woman, it's utterly disgusting and unacceptable especially the fact that it's 2024. Im seriously not the type to complain!! but racism is no joke, it's happened in another sephora near me, idk what corporate is teaching the associates, but profiling people just by their skin or style is unacceptable. The first women we needed our makeup done with was racist and wouldn't do it. Her client was very late and still wouldn't do it told us she would call other establishments to see if they could help but jokingly when up there gossiping and didn't call at all my mother went up to see if she called she didn't and the next employee had customer service got Aidan who was a gem he did the look perfectly and told the lady that she was in the wrong while her client didn't want her to do her look staring at my makeup. read more

I was visiting the Vineland Premium Outlets and saw this beauty near the back exit onto Vineland Rd and Regency Village Dr! I was sooooooo excited to stop into this Sephora because it is brand spanking new and the closest Sephora to this area is in Disney Springs which requires you to park in a garage and walk a short distance past many stores to get there. I was skeptical of it being open since the area is pretty new but I walked in and was automatically greeted by about 3 smiling faces. There was only one other customer in the store at the moment and plenty of employees on the floor to help. I picked up a ton of skincare items and a new new makeup items which the Sephora employee helped me color match. Another employees informed me about a few deals (sale on Sephora brand masks) and promotions (Buy 2 minis and get 3rd free!). As I was cashing out the employee who was helping me informed me that I had two accounts and to call customer service so they can merge my accounts to maximize my points. She also let me know that I didn't receive my birthday gift (my birthday was in April in the midst of Corona where no Sephora was open in the USA) and that she can gladly redeem it for me today, she gave me three great choices. All in all this Sephora has the BEST customer service I've seen in ALL Orlando area Sephoras! read more

This stand alone Sephora is so convenient and it's never too packed! It's located in the shopping plaza that has Aldi, Ross, and Marshalls. It's a much smaller Sephora than the ones in the Mall but the customer service is great. I prefer to shop online so I mainly come here to return any of the online items I might not like. I've never had to wait in a long line and the ladies who work here are always so friendly! The store itself is neat and clean. I will be back here during the next Sephora sale! read more

Makayla provided me a lot of useful information on hair care products which I really need since I recently moved from Ohio and can't get my hair to style properly. This will be my new store! Love that it is a stand alone store rather than being in the mall. Loved my experience most of all because the staff was so great. They are going above and beyond the proper precautions for Covid-19. I needed to color match to find a new concealer and was curious how that process would be... based on their new protocols it was entirely safe and clean!
