I am very mixed about this nail salon. It's close to my house, which is convenient, and for the most part, you can always walk in and be seen; however, the quality of your finished manicure/pedicure will be a mixture of good, bad, or average, depending on which technician you get. The first time I came here, I got a beautiful dip manicure that came out beautifully. The second time I came here, my manicure finished product looked like my nails were buffed as hell. There were streaks all across my nail color finished product. The last time I came here, the girl was super rough with my hands, jerking my wrist all over the place and cut me around my nail beds. The price is still pretty high, and if I'm going to pay for the services, I'd rather be satisfied. The pedicure area feels very dated. Finally, the chairs are old and worn looking. I've been here many times in the past and I never have problems! They always get you in as fast as they can and do a decent job. They also always offer wine, soda, water and coffee which is very nice. Wide variety of different colors of gel, SNS and regular polish. I came today for a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was great, I got the deluxe pedicure. When you read the description it saids you can choose your scent and there are like 8 different ones, the lady didnt ask me what I wanted but that was fine. She did do a wonderful job on my feet. I then moved to a guy who started on my full set. We had a great conversation but my nails were kinda blah. I did French and I'm just not that happy with them because one is crooked and one nail is shorter than the other and they are thick looking. My pedicure basin was lined for sanitary precautions, which is immediately discarded after each use. I was feeling lucky.. then they handed me the booklet where they keep their gel color options and I was so impressed.. I wish more salons did it like them as a book and not as swatches on those little plastic keychain nails... Then my entire service was great from start to finish. Hannah gave me an amazing pedicure.. the kind where they really clean up your nails and not just make them pretty.. I felt like they were rushing the whole time. When I got done my nails looks awful. One of my nails was crooked, the polish was uneven, and the design was awful. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed, and the people at the other salon I went to say even the acrylic was not done write. I paid over $50 originally. This nail bar did not meet any of my expectations. They have a bar that offers drinks to enjoy during your service but seemed like only selected customers were offered. The man that did my pedicure was nice but kept making unnecessary and uncomfortable comments to me while he was giving me a pedicure. While he was removing my cuticles, he ripped a bit of skin. Luckily, I did not bleed but I do have a scab. He then gave me their salon flip flops, even though I had my own, and told me to go to the fan to dry out. As I was coming down from the chair, I slipped and fell as I was walking. When I looked back, the floor was extremely wet. The man immediately helped me up and apologized . The polish was still wet and almost all of it came off. I removed the salon flip flops and walked to the table with the fan. He then fixed my polish at the table rather than the spa chair and It was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately my nail tach Danny left me incredibly uncomI was left with painful cuts on toes, after mentioning it he apologizes graciously and we moved onto hands. I've been coming here for the past 2 years since I moved into the neighborhood and I have NEVER had a bad experience here. My toe nails look super whether I do regular polish or gel. I'm mad at myself for not listening to other people and still giving this place a chance. I booked for 7 people for my daughter's birthday. She is turning 9 and wanted her nails to be done with her friend and cousin.the workers were rushing everyone and did a terrible job. 1- One of the guys was so mean to my daughters friend yelling at her for moving and said (if you mess up your nail I will not do it for you again), poor kids were shocked and scared to even move a finger. So sad 2- I decided to not do full pedicure for myself because I had done mine a week before. and just wanted to clean my heels and scrub it, when I asked if I can do that the supervisor said no I don't have time. Although I had booked for both pedicure and manicure. RUDE! 3- worst of all a week before when I went there to do my nails my daughter did hers too. Mine was fine but her nail polished peeled a day after. So I called them and they told me to go back so they can re do it. I said I'm traveling and will be back on this day (today). So they said that's alright. When I visited the salon today I let them know what they had told me over the phone and they refused to credit me for the previous time. I had paid $32 for her and the supervisor gave me $6 discount. 4. The manager/supervisor is absolutely careless. I feel bad for some of the great workers there. 5. They never acknowledged my daughter's birthday, not even a little happy birthday to her. They knew it's her birthday and she was so exited about doing her nails. I paid almost $300. Just kid's manicure/pedicure was $62 Well this place is losing all 7 customers from today. And the community will hear about my experience too. Over priced place and rude staff. I'm happy to never go back again (Edit) A day after this review just a day after we did our nails both my daughter's and my niece's nail which was gel was peeled off. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION. READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU END UP LIKE ME WITH A SEVERE INFECTION. On January 9, 2022 I visited this location with my wife to get pedicures. This was our first time visiting, little did we know how inexperienced they were! Both technicians including another customer that was in the VIP room with us had clearly shouted that we were hurting as they were cutting deep into our skin on our toenails. Unfortunately as we all left with cuts on our toes I was left with the worst of it. Not only did I have several cuts on my toes but the bottom of my foot showed clear sign that they tried to rub around my callus so hard and deep that it left my foot very rough and uneven. I'll try to upload photos. As a few days passed, my toe contiued to hurt and an extremely deep cut on my right foot big toe began to swell even more and fill with puss. Long story short the pedicure caused an infection in my big toe. After following instructions from a podiatrist stating that I needed to have it looked at asap, I went to visit the salon first so that they can start an insurance claim and take photos. The manager, Tina, discreetly took me to the VIP room to review the infected toe and tried to convince me that she could "fix" it herself with this bottle of liquid that looked like mouthwash. Can you believe this, As if I would want the same location that caused the infection to try and heal my foot with no podiatry license. I respectfully declined And told them I had an appointment that same day to visit the podiatrist. Tina apologized and assured me that whatever the cost came from this incident that their insurance would cover it in full. She was confident that this is why the business has insurance to begin with. (I have this entire conversation on video.) I had her repeat that to me multiple times then I left to my appointment with the podiatrist. The podiatrist stated that I came in right in time before it got even worse and that it was clear that the infection came from the previous pedicure. (At Noire Nail Bar Hunters Creek). They had to perform a quick surgery on my toe right there (cutting a piece of my nail and skin) to relieve the pressure and allow the puss to release so that the infection could clear. After my appointment, which cost me nearly $400 out of pocket, I contacted Tina right away! I made her aware of the bill, told her I have the bill in hand, and asked her to get the owner to start the insurance claim as soon as possible. She promised me that she would and she promised me that the owner would contact me. One full week later the owner still has not contacted me. I told Tina that I was getting very frustrated and needed contact from the owner so that this insurance claim can get started so I can get reimbursed for THEIR mistake. Tina apologize again and it wasn't till three days later when the owner, Jenny Holly Le, finally contacted me. Now one week and a half later she admitted that they still did not start the claim yet because she wanted to wait. I expressed that that is not how insurance works that you should start a claim as soon as the hurt customer makes the issue known. Either way she states that she was going to contact them that day and I don't believe that she did. Now two weeks later I had my last consultation and I was given my final bill. I gathered all my bills and receipts together and asked to speak with the owner. After nearly 30 minutes on the phone with the owner she refused to provide me with any medical assistance and any insurance information. Her excuse was that "her insurance was not contacting her back which means there was nothing more she could do". She then went on to give me her best advice from her own mouth. She stated "You should just get a lawyer and I advise you never get a pedicure again". Now I'm here to make everyone aware of this businesses shady work ethics. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Mine & my moms gel polish continued to come off. We went in right when they opened to have it fixed & I was given a bunch of excuses like "your toenails are really little" "you have a lot of skin around your nails" my mom was told her nails are too misshapen with too many dents & she needed dip powder. The owner asked if I was sure & I told her the polish keeps coming off & I don't want to keep repainting, she told me the rest were fine (which I was already told previously) When I said that I also didn't like the shape of my nails, she said "you're supposed to tell them what you want. They can't read your mind." None of this was said nastily, but it's also not really the thing to say when I'm getting a mistake fixed for the second time with a problem me & my mother have never had. When she removed the gel, she only used a drill & created a lot of heat (AGAIN) My toenails are now paper thin, shaped ugly, & bare. I work in a salon/spa & there was a completely better way to handle such a simple issue. Mistakes happens, it's how they're handled that matters. I hate feeling like difficult customer when Im not. A simple fixable issue turned into our money being completely wasted. I had to go to a different salon & pay additional money to paint them & the nail tech commented on how thin my toenails were. She prepped them correctly, didn't use a drill at all, & put an extra coat on polish to thicken it up a little bit. I have zero issues with the gel coming off. read more

Because I did a manicure on one occasion and I liked it, Angelina and another woman yelled at me and told me that I had said I had a date and it was not like that when I saw all the problem I left. I've been trying to test out different nail salons close to home and came across this place. They seem to have recently opened and I read a few good reviews and thought let's give it a try. From the moment I walked in I was instantly greeted and taken care of. I did make an appointment but they do take walk ins. The place overall was very clean and nice. The staff was also very friendly. My nail tech today was Angelina. She was very nice and offered me coffee (which btw was delicious). Throughout my time there she made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job on my nails. I would recommend coming to this salon and having your nails done by Angelina! read more

The only upside of my experience was that they were able to get me in right away compared to the other salons nearby on a Sunday morning. I was unimpressed with the service I received. My nail tech was rushing and as you can see in the photo, I got cut because she didn't have a grip on the rotary drill. She lost control of the rotary drill and In turn it took my skin off! She was quite rough with the nail file and cuticle clippers which caused me to gasp in pain several times. At one point, looked down and saw blood (on the toe in the photo) and she just wiped it away without saying anything. The French tip gel application could have been better as well. The worst experience ever I haven't had my nails done in a year I went in the day before Valentine to get my nails Done but within two days the acrylic started lifting from my cuticle area. Also underneath the nail was lifting from the acrylic. I went back in five days later I worked so I wasn't be able to come sooner . When I walked in, I explained to this lady what happened and she just seemed very just wanted me to leave already as I just walked in. I felt like they were talking about the situation in their language, which was kind of a very rude situation as well. They were laughing and I felt very uncomfortable . and the lady was super rude. She was just cutting me off as I was talking like no I got it. I got it I got it, and just not listening to me as she was doing my nails my middle finger on my right hand was so shaved down to the skin under my nails and I explained to her there was no acrylic there and she still went over it with the little automatic shaver thing, and as soon as she did, I felt it on my skin. I jumped up and started crying and went to the bathroom. I came back. I had to choose a whole new design, because the first design wasn't even as close for what I asked for they couldn't even draw a simple heart so I told her just take the heart out and just leave it plain, I left . because of the pain that happened on my finger when I told her it was my nail and not the acrylic she was filing over also when I came in the day before Valentines, he cut my cuticles three times and I was bleeding so unprofessional I believe it was the owner of the management in the first chair right behind the cash register, he didn't even say one word to me. I was looking for a place close to home because my usual nail lady moved so I searched for some around my area and I came across this salon. Based on the reviews, it looked promising and it was! I called first for pricing because it looked high end and I didn't know if I needed an appointment and you don't but they do offer texting to make your appointment. Walk-ins are welcomed but the owner said mornings are better for walk-ins and appointments for afternoons and evenings. Walking into the salon, it was beautifully built and decorated. Simple and classy. I signed in at the front desk for my services. I had gotten, Lily. She did my pedicure and my SNS. She was very sweet and paid attention to detail. I had gotten the deluxe pedicure and it was wonderful, you can choose from different scents. They offer a private party room as well as complimentary drinks and beverages, even champagne!
