Dr. Jeff is very thorough, and non-judgmental. He puts the patient first, and makes sure you understand everything. You can choose the course of treatment that works best for you and your finances, and text or call anytime with questions. Plus, McKenzie in the front is an absolute angel, and his assistants are the friendliest! I drive from Burbank to Simi Valley just to see him, and so do two of my friends. My dentist was out of town and Dr Jeff was the "on call" doctor so I'm not his actual patient. My crown had come off and my dentist wasn't going to be back till another 10 days or so. When I called to see if they could fit me in around New Year time frame, McKenzie answered the phone and was very helpful. She was friendly and fit me in the same day! When I showed up the office was nice and clean and McKenzie was still there and was just as friendly in person. I didn't wait long to see Dr Jeff who was also very positive and friendly. By far the best dentistry that I have ever been to. I'm 60 years old and been to many places to compare Sequoia to. I was told to do some unnecessary expensive work by a different place that Sequoia found a better solution for much less money. I can't say enough good things about this office and Dr. Proniloff. My tooth cracked, and they were able to get me in right away. The office staff was friendly and easy to coordinate with. Dr. Proniloff put in a a temporary crown which was quick and painless and within 3 days I went back in to have my permanent crown put in. The tooth looks so real and matches my other teeth perfectly. My husband could not even tell which tooth was the crown. Dr. Proniloff was extremely gentle and thorough and explained everything he was doing step-by step. I decided to do Invisalign as well, and he was able to scan my teeth and put together a treatment plan for me. Can't wait! The office was clean and bright with flat screen TV's in each room with every channel. They had a variety of drinks at the front which I always appreciate. I give this dental office Ten stars!! I had an appointment with them on Tuesday for a quote, and Doctor Proniloff was awesome! It has been a long, long time since I felt so comfortable in a dental office. Doctor Proniloff showed me how he could enhance my smile using both crowns and veneers. I started out my smile journey with a dentist in town that told me I was getting veneers (that's what I clearly asked of him) and I ended up with crowns. I protested but still ended up paying him $4k in "lab fees. They were big and bulky so I had them redone by a dentist in Thousand Oaks who lied every step of the way, gave me an ugly color, and then charged me almost $12K. She refused to redo them OR to issue a refund. My smile is very important to me. It doesn't matter to me how young or old I am, I want people to see beautiful teeth when I smile. There has never been a question as to whether or not I would have them redone. I absolutely will, I just have to save up. The quote the office gave me was out of my price range right now because we are still paying off the work done by the Thousand Oaks dentist. but, I feel like the quote Doctor Proniloff gave is a fair price. Once he redoes them, I will have spent over $30K. That's the cost of a brand-new car. If the other two dentists had done the work correctly and been honest with me, I would have spent less than $10K. Anyway, Doctor Proniloff was very kind and thorough and he is the first dentist I have seen that recommended veneers on my bottom teeth as opposed to all crowns. Crowns are more expensive. I love the way that they have an in-house price club. I know in my heart that when all the work is done, my smile will be beautiful. And I also know he won't try to up the charges on the day I show up to have the work done. I only wish I had known of this office before I started this journey 1.5 years ago. The reason I am not commenting on the quality of his work is that I haven't had anything done yet. But I am almost certain it is going to be Beverly Hills quality at a Simi Valley price.
