Best oral surgeons on the planet! Dr. Nich is very caring and considerate of his patients. I highly him. However, I can't say the same about their Accounts Payable department. After each time I had work done I had to prod them for my insurance reimbursement checks. On both occasions the A/P staff told me they would investigate and get back to me. They never did. It was only after additional calls that something was done. Westlake Oral requires that fees be paid on the day of treatment. I'm okay with that but I resent having to beg for my insurance reimbursement checks! read more

Dr. Bennion and his staff are amazing! I called around to five different oral surgeons, trying to find someone who would see my husband and extract a tooth. I explained he had been to the emergency room twice and that he needed the tooth pulled immediately! No one would help us and some were flat out rude. I was very discouraged. When I called Dr. Bennions office his receptionist was so kind and understanding. She told us to grab our X rays and come in immediately. When we arrived we were treated so well. Dr. Bennion was very professional but even more so he was reassuring, kind and funny. His nurses and staff were so sweet and nice, I honestly couldn't say enough good things about them. The surgery was quick and painless, the doctor even got the damaged molar out whole! We were extremely impressed. We will definitely be going back for all our oral surgeon needs. My wife has had eight tooth extractions and implants procedures by Dr. Nikchevich over the last 16 years. This year was my turn with a molar with an eight year old root canal and the tooth developed a vertical fracture requiring the tooth to be extracted and an implant installed. Based upon my wife's experiences with Dr. Nikchevich I didn't think twice who to see for my needs. His staff consisting of Linda, Denise, Jackie, & Madison are all very caring and professional. My initial consultation visit was very informative and Dr. Nikchevich explained to me in great detail using the 3D image of my jaw his plan for the extraction & placement implant post all in one procedure. The procedure took place last Friday with sedation which is the only way to have this extensive work done. I had little discomfort for 24 hours and swelling which went away within a couple of days. I highly recommend Dr. Nikchevich to anyone considering oral surgery. He is indeed the best and a highly skilled professional with great 'bedside' manners as well! read more

My experience at the Westlake Oral and Surgery center has been amazing Dr. Sarkisian and her surgery team where wonderful, kind, skilled, patient and made it possible for me to feel comfortable, relaxed and trust that they were doing the best they could to make it possible for me to get the implant the best way possible. The front desk is very kind as well and Dr. Sarkisian's nurse and coordinator Denise was very helpful in making sure that all the paperwork for the insurance was correct and she also fixed some mixed information that I had received from another source about my needs for the surgery. I was amazed to see how kind and gentle Dr. Sarkisian was during the whole procedure. I was very anxious about the injections due to a prior experience with another doctor that was extremely painful and uncomfortable. Yet Dr. Sarkisian and her team were thoughtful and considerate of my feelings at the time, and made sure that I was comfortable and I could trust the process to be the best possible. I am thankful that I found this office to be the ones in charge of providing the service I needed. I will highly recommend this clinic and if I could give them 10 starts I would definitely do that. I felt that I can trust them 100% for the care they provided me for my implant surgery and everything that was needed in order to make this a positive experience. Wow! My first Yelp review and it is about having a tooth pulled. A big molar next to a wisdom tooth. I suspect nobody just willy nilly goes out to have a tooth pulled, but I tell you when you are in pain and need to have one taken out pronto, Dr. Bennion and his team are the best. Mine was a particularly difficult extraction, what with the tooth being brittle and having two roots. One root even had a hook, which made it more difficult. Dr. Newton was up to the task and I experienced minimal discomfort. His assistant checked to see how I was doing frequently. Once he was done, the dental pain was gone. What a relief! Competent and friendly. Made me feel at ease. Yes, should the need arise again, I certainly would return. Highly recommended. read more
