First, I told the person I did not want gel nails again, just wanted them to grow out. She did not listen and started drilling on my nails. Second, the person dug into my cuticle and made it bleed. Third, she did NOT know how to file nails. They will all jagged and rough. I finally said I'd do it myself. Just wanted to her paint them. She added gel, but it didn't last this time, started to chip off from top and nails started cracking at bottom. They are now ruined. Won't ever go back there again. Fourth, most employees don't speak English. Would not recommend this place to anyone read more

Went during the week for a pedicure and avoided a weekend rush. They were able to take us right away. Lots of polish options from which to choose and the people were very friendly. Service was inconsistent. I had one foot scrubbed but not the other. My friend had a nice scrub applied to her legs but it was never rinsed off. I had some oil applied to one leg but not the other. I received no leg scrub. I did get a nice hot towel on my legs, my friend received no such treatment. Her technician also applied no base coat to her toe nails. My polish was gloppy but my technician appeared to clean up stray polish around my toes. The technician working on my friend's feet did not clean anything up and looked as if her 8 year old daughter could have applied the polish. The atmosphere seemed very relaxing and the massage chairs were really comfortable. It just seemed the service was more like something I might get from someone just learning how to perform their duties. read more

I've been going to Diva nails for 3 years. I usually left happy but the last 3 months I've gone, I was really very disappointed. I felt not listened to, each time I asked for nail polish NOT !! GEL !! but guess what??!!!? I was given GEL again!! I also felt lied to. I was told that the polish on the shelf behind the tech wasn't gel and the box had two bottles, she said one was gel and the other was polish. Then how can I struggle to remove the so called polish with regular nail polish remover??? I had to soak my fingers in a polish that only removes gel nails. It was a total disappointment to get my nails worked on. I observed they are not very attentive to their customers, often too busy answering incoming phone calls & simply leaving the customer to stare at the ceiling. I found that to be a rude approach to do business. This happened not justtime but probably half a dozen times. It could be they are understaffed but then they need to plan accordingly. Today is the first time I have been since the new owners took over. It was a horrible experience. I had an appointment for a pedicure and a full set. They did the pedicure first and it was fine except they didn't massage my feet at all. I asked if they stopped doing that and the lady just looked at me. After my pedicure, they did my full set. They looked so bad that I asked them to remove them for me. They put so much acrylic on my nail, that my nail looked deformed. Has unfortunately gone severely down hill since a Justin and Hannah left. They cannot keep up with clientele, and will tell you a wait time that ends up being 3x longer than they said. This happens even with pre-booked appts. I am not impatient but have ended up leaving the last two times I have tried to go. Also, when I did have my regular dip manicure done it was SO thick. I've had multiple surgeries and needed help filing and grooming my nails. I made an appointment; was on time. The woman never gave me her name. Told her I needed nails filed, shaped... no full manicure. She used nail clippers to cut them almost to the quick; said, 'We're done." I said ,"No, I need them filed, smooth, shaped." I had an appointment at 1 pm today, I sat until 1:45 in the pedicure chair being told 5 more minutes every 5 minutes, I completely understand the short staffed covid situation but i was almost completely ignored during this time. My pedicure turned out fine but there was no actual pedicure just my feet soaking and polish. While one man was taking off my dip powder he ripped off half of my nail causing it to bleed and insisting it was a fake nail he ripped off. Finally Justin came over and took over and the work was great from there out and he didn't charge to put a tip on the nail that was ripped in half during my manicure. Mixed feeling but overall not a great experience. I very rarely write reviews but this was just a lot going on here. read more

I have been going to Diva Nails for quite some time, and never had a problem until today. On September 14, 2020, Hannah repaired two nails and refreshed all of the rest. She didn't want a tip, but I gave her one, as she had been so helpful. We made an appointment for today, September 28, 2020, at 11:00, and I saw her put it in her book. I made the appointment, because I am leaving on vacation on Thursday, October 1, 2020. I wanted the appointment for the 29th, but she said she was always off on September 29, which I figured must be a birthday, special day, or a Vietnamese Holiday. She said that Monday, the 28th, would work and I saw her put it in her book, and I put it in mine. Today, September 28, 2020, I showed up for my pedi and SNS manicure. I told the gentlemen there that I had an appointment with Hannah at 11:00, and they proceeded to tell me she was on vacation. She had told me she would be off on Tuesday, 29, 2020. They didn't even offer to help me. I told them I was very disappointed and would not be back. This was definitely a poor way to treat a "regular" client. I do NOT recommend them anymore. Love this place! A bunch of my cousins and aunts and I came here during our family reunion on a rainy day. We called ahead to reserve seven mani pedis and they were so ready for us. The employees were so friendly, professional, prompt, and funny! They were also careful with our ticklish family members, and my manicurist took special care with my finger that I cut just yesterday. One manicurist even filed off a quarter-inch of callus on one of my cousin's feet. She was so dedicated, and those feet are expertly crafted now. They had a huge color selection including acrylic, gel, chrome, and cat eye options. The pedi chairs were also top of the line and even had butt massagers! The music was pleasant, the TVs were not overbearing and the place was very, very clean. Also, the prices were totally fair, especially given the wonderful experience!
