They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

The wax quality is terrible as well it feels like a sticker. She had to pluck most of the hair off and with tweezers that are not precise at all. I am pretty upset as eyebrows really shape the face and I take pride in mine. They are now super thin and i don't like them at all. I showed her an Instagram video of the cut and expressed that my son was getting married in 2 weeks, so this cut was important. I was in the chair maybe 4 minutes, head bent forward, snip, side to side snip and the cut was done. After researching how this cut was usually done, I was beside myself. The Blow-out was spent with her fingers throughout my hair with strands flying everywhere. This blowout was faster than my own. I thought, maybe she'll go over the cut when dry but then unsnapped the black cape and said she was done. I said, "That's it?" and she replied "yep!". I got out of the chair and immediately canceled the next appointment which was the special blowout the day of my son's wedding. I thought, I can do that myself. The cut was pricey and uneven.
