My questions were all answered prior to coloring. My colorist (T) knew what she was doing and was confident throughout the entire process. I came out looking so natural and the color turned out so well! I'm able to make the conference tomorrow looking like a brand new person thanks to these ladies! Will return again :)

After she blow dried my hair it was a choppy uneven mess that was above my shoulders! I was mortified and in tears. The manager was there and assured me she can make it even but would have to take off even more length! The manager did make it even, but I am traumatized and left with a haircut that I am unhappy with and shocked by. I was told the girl who cut my hair was new to hair cutting, and that is possibly why she was so unprofessional, and rough with me. The manager Lauren was amazing, and I am surprised she was even able to make the work that was done to my hair look presentable. She said I will have to come back in a few months after it grows for another haircut to make it more even because she tried her best, but would have had to take up the length even more to make it even which I did not want. She offered me the return haircut for free which I appreciate, but to be honest I am very hurt by the experience and after a long day of work I had to be there in the salon from 4pm-8:30pm fixing this issue. Please be careful with who you have cut your hair! I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I am left with a haircut that I don't feel confident or beautiful in.
