At first they were great but by they…read moreend Dr. Garcia had run off most of the good doctors and because he owns it or did he thought he could treat you anyway he wanted. For example once he cut me down on my medication and didn't tell me he was even going to do it. When I looked at the script I thought he had just made a mistake. I just wanted to know what was going on instead of calmly telling me what was going on he yelled so loud everyone in the lobby heard him and he said if you don't like you can walk out the door. I have high functioning autism and he caused me to start crying hysterically. He is a very rude man and that wasn't the only time he was loud and rude. From a botched fusion surgery where they pinched a nerve leading to my left leg which has caused me to develop severe left side neuropathy to them sending me home after another surgery with a severe headache and severe projectile vomiting instead of dealing with the issue or transferring me to a hospital. 24 hours after I was released I was in the emergency room with such vertigo and severe headache and projectile vomiting that it took them hours to get it under control. The problem: the Headache and pain doctor did a blood patch wrong and injected way too much fluid/blood into my spine causing too much pressure on my spinal nerves and cord. They had to remove the excess cerebrospinal fluid afterwards my headache was much better the vertigo was gone and the vomiting started to subside. It took about 4 days before I finally felt much better and could be released from hospital. So because of the headache and pain center I spent 6 days in the hospital. She was told she had 2 very small 'almost' cavities one day and the next day it took 2.5 hours and she was told they were deep, and after 2.5 hours, he STILL didn't complete the job. He literally didn't complete even two of them. Her bite is off. She walked in with perfectly good teeth, and now I'm very worried he messed up her teeth. He didn't know how to use the tools even. She also had somewhere between 8-12 shots. He had zero confidence. Someone should have been shadowing him. This is unacceptable. I prepaid the bill or I wouldn't have paid at all. The nurse and staff even felt terrible and kept apologizing for him. My daughter who has never had a cavity before is now terrified of the dentist. I don't know how they're going to right this, but I'm going to make sure I leave a review everywhere possible because now I have to take her to someone who knows what the hell they're doing. I should have been told my daughter was seeing a new, inexperienced dentist with no supervision rather than a trusted name on the door. My daughter is tough cookie but came out crying, and I feel like I just fed her to the wolves. Run far from this place.

Appointment times have been on schedule. Receptionists have been more than competent and quite pleasant. The ability to complete most new patient paperwork online and in advance of the appointment made my first checkin a breeze. The attention I received was focused and professional. I've said before, in other yelp reviews, when dealing with a medical issue, a doctor's ability to resolve pain or illness is limited by many factors. In reality, the best thing you can hope for is to have people who seem genuinely to care about you as a patient, and thus far, I believe that's the case for KCBJ.
